The quote provided by Chad (owner) was very detailed, and included a listing of exactly what services/materials would be included. CS&F picked up all materials, including 2 pallets of travertine from a downtown warehouse where I had it stored.
The demo, removal, and replacement of the tile within 4 rooms took approximately a week. Dust and noise was managed as well as can be expected, and Chad and his team laid the new tile in a manner that kept all rooms (including my kitchen) operational throughout the process. Debris was removed each evening before they left.
They were also very flexible regarding my many pets, and ensured that doors were kept closed so that none escaped during the project.
