Houses in this area are 30 years old.   The original screen on the eaves was decayed.  In addition to allowing venting to the attic, the original screen was intended to prevent insects, rodents, and birds from entering the attic.   Actually replacing the screen would be problematic, labor intensive and expensive since it included removing and replacing the wood on the eaves that hold the screen in place.  Other homeowners in the area installed strips of metal that resemble chicken wire and stapled them to the wood holding the original screen in place.  Frankly, while that approach is functional it is extremely unappealing to the eye.  

After evaluation, creative problem solving and design, Bill Bryan, Contractor and owner of Coastline Services, installed strips of aluminum venting that is functional, cost effective and permanent and looks very nice with a custom appearance.  I could not be more pleased.  

Remodel in 30 year old homes is always an adventure. One must expect the unexpected with fortitude and tenacity. Bill Bryan with Coastline Services has the experience and skill set to identify, manage and resolve the unexpected. An old and mottled oversized marble tub was removed, the walls were taken down the studs and rebuilt, the foundation was opened to add plumbing for a bidet, the popcorn ceiling was scraped, walls were modified for pocket doors, and the installation of tile, plumbing fixtures, counter tops and lighting was done beautifully. Remember the days when a contractor was honest and reliable? Bill Bryan is one of the few remaining gems out there.

Bill Bryant, Licensed and insured Contractor and owner, Coastline Services, is conscientious and consistently demonstrates a strong work ethic. He was always on time and met the timelines originally agreed upon for the job. The kitchen is small but contained extremely challenging and tight angles. Bill was conscientious with measuring, taking photos and double checking each measurement. He then brought over the cabinet company representative and collaborated in detail to ensure the cabinet measurements and cabinet order were precise. When the cabinets were delivered Bill met the freight company at the house and checked off each box and package with the order list. The tear out and install went smoothly even with the unpredictable quirks of the 28 year old original kitchen. The original floor underneath the slide in stove was uneven and Bill worked tenaciously to level the stove. No detail was overlooked and the overall experience was extremely positive.

They arrived on time each day. Did their work well and didn't waste any time. The finish work was done well also. We had one issue shortly after completion and they took care of it promptly without question. Good work done on time as quoted. Would recommend them.

Bill of Coastline services came and gave us an estimate and we hired him next day based on other friends who had used him and were very satisfied with his work. He showed up at the exact time he said he would and all his work was extremely professional. They cleaned up the area very well and made sure we were satisfied with the work. I would definitely hire them again for other remodeling and cabinet work. They were true to their quote. We are very happy with the end results
