Al is wonderful! I have used him for years! I have a K. Kawai Baby Grand Piano. He made my keys sound sharper with the turning of the strings, his technician that cleaned it was very professional. I would highly recommend Al Schaeffer and his company!

I'm so glad we found Al Schaeffer! We had called -- and called -- and called two other piano tuners. We couldn't get either one to actually set up an appointment and then stick to it.

Al really knows his trade. He is on time, professional, and does an excellent job. We will continue to use him and recommend him with no reservations!

We bought our Steinway 29 years ago and ever since Al Schaeffer has been making an annual visit to our home to tune and maintain the piano. He's always been prompt, personable, and helpful—he can tell you interesting things about pianos and he can help you find a piano teacher if you're looking. We look forward to his annual visit.

Al Schaeffer knows everything there is to know about pianos. When he finishes tuning my old Steinway, it sounds like it belongs in a concert hall. I've had many piano tuners and he's by far the best.
