Advanced Bio Treatment

COVID has made working for a gym very challenging. First we had to mandatory close and then we had to later close again because multiple trainers got sick. ABT was to the rescue when crisis struck! They were able to get us back up and running and allowed us to feel comfortable reopening after fogging our gym and disinfecting everything! Price was fair and service was excellent! Highly recommend.

This was the most difficult and tragic, event that I have ever had to deal with. It was not something that we ever expected to have to deal with. The Customer representative Ms. Cynthia, helped us with ever hurdle that we incurred. Even when our agent told us that this probably wasn't something that they would cover. She was right there with us to navigate the insurance claim and worked with our adjuster. The Team - that came out to our home, were so kind and worked very hard to get our house back to almost like new condition. I couldn't be more happy, with the work - or grateful that we found ABT. They took amazing care of us. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you so much ABT.

At first they seemed okay, but at time passed they got worst. After a tenant passed and was not found for almost 2 weeks, I called this company. I had nothing to go on since no-one can plan for this. After about 5 hours I returned to see how they were doing and it was still awful there (smell). The lead girl said they would finish that night, which I could not believe. The next day I returned and it was still awful. I called Cynthia and she said they would send another crew. At this point I was very concerned that they could handle the job. I could not believe the left the job thinking the were done. I contacted State Farm and voiced my concerns and they said if I did not think they could do the job to fire them and call another company. Gary recommended PuroClean. Well, the next day they were a hour and a half late returning, so I called them and just got tons of excuses (they were still not there). I told them to forget it and I would call someone else. Cynthia and her manager literally scorned me on the phone to a very unprofessional level. Talking to Cynthia on the phone, prior to them being so late, and firing them, I asked her where I was at price wise $, at this point. She said the low $3 grand point. The next day, after firing them, I called PuroClean. After their arrival and running a filtering machine for about 45 minutes, there was already a huge difference in the smell. I could not believe ABT did not run this machine while they were there. While PuroClean was working, one of the neighbors told me, the girls doing the work from ABT, spent over 3 hours just sitting in the van, with it running. They were milking the clock. There is too much here to type every single detail. But to finish it off, ABT sent Statefarm a $9800 bill. Just gouging them to the highest level. Remember the price Cynthia told me earlier the low $3 grand point. They did not do any other work past that statement. BE WARE!!! Keith
