Building process was smooth and friendly. However callbacks for warranty work were extremely disappointing. Used thin cheap plastic under the slab, which was pushed away by the concrete pouring and so part of the slab that was poured for the barn had no vapor barrier underneath as a result. Exhaust fan that was installed was bent and vibrated excessively. Metal roof leaked after install on barn (they did fix this). Fiberglass entry door frame rotted within a year. Even though assurances were given, follow through was terrible and did not happen. Never made it right after numerous calls to the owner (Flop). I finally gave up calling. His loss, as I could have easily recommended Him for several other jobs to friends who asked if I was happy with the job done. If you want cheap unwarranted work, have Valley fence company do your job. IF you want a contractor who will do good work and stand behind their work, look elsewhere.
