Bab's Cleaning & Other Services

I hired Babs for a one time deep clean on a home I bought. The house had been sitting vacant for at least 6 months, so it was pretty dirty. She asked what I needed done, I explained that I needed the inside of the windows cleaned, floors cleaned and mopped in the whole house, kitchen cleaned top to bottom, including appliances inside and out, kitchen cabinets inside and out, both bedroom floors and closets, bathroom cleaned top to bottom. Basically the whole house needed a Deep Clean, which is what I hired her for. What I got was someone who vacuumed the floors, no mopping was done, and a bathroom that was wiped down, not cleaned. That's It, that's all she did. I had to buy $50 worth of cleaning supplies to clean my house!! She did a terrible job and now she's asking for more money than we agreed to on the phone! I have pictures of what the state of the house was if anyone needs proof!

Babs has cleaned my home 3 times - every time she has been punctual and done a thorough, careful job. 
On the first visit, we walked through my home together and she asked specific questions:
 - what did I want to be done?
 - what product did I want to be used?
 - how deeply did I want things cleaned?
 - did I want beds changed, laundry washed?
 - did I want anything outside cleaned - windows, doors?
 - did I want her to use my vacuum or her equipment?
 - how often did I want my home cleaned?
 
She helped me think of things I had not considered.
I trusted her immediately.
 
She was extremely pleasant and enjoyable to talk to but, did not waste time. She got to work.
She was very tolerant and sweet to my very old barky dog.

The crew of 2 arrived and started cleaning my house.  One upstairs and one downstairs.  I had asked for a deep cleaning as my house had not received a professional cleaning in several months.  I was satisfied with the results.

They cleaned the bathrooms first, and did a great job on those.  They cleaned the kitchen professionally, scrubbing the gas cooktop, sink, microwave, wiping down the stainless appliances, etc.  The floors looked great when they left.  They did a great job on my living room, not just dusting the furniture, but applying the lemon oil that I provided.  I have already rebooked.

Barbara's cleaning service always does a fantastic job cleaning my vacation rental house from top to bottom. We receive many comments from our guests on how clean the house is. As out of town rental property owners, my husband and I rely on Barbara's Cleaning Service to be our eyes and they do an outstanding job with keeping us informed about the state of the house. There were three staff members all working together. They all had certain duties and they just got right on it and were done in just over an hour. I am happy with the service.

We interviewed her and agreed on access to the house to clean, leave a check each time, and come home to it clean smelling.
