My husband and I were in the midst of a major remodel, and Ron was the answer to our prayers! Ron did excellent work, and I will hire him again in a heart beat. He was neat, thorough, and paid attention to details! He did many jobs for us, including baseboard installation, painting, trim work, and even an unexpected ceiling repair when another contractor put his leg through our (new) ceiling! Excellent work, and service. He is on our definite and quot;will call againand quot; list for any jobs we need done! If it a job he is not comfortable with, he has the contacts to get it done! Highly recommended!

I called Ron on my way home from class one afternoon and we set up a time for him to come see the project that same day. After dealing with many other contractors I was hoping Ron would be actually be able to help. He assured me he would be able to handle the job. He sent me a quote within the next few days and was on the job shortly after. My house is an older house and during the construction they ran into a few obstacles here and there but they figured out a solution every time. I just wanted the kitchen put back together but the bathroom was completely new. He went to Lowe's with me and assisted with picking out the tile, vanity, mirror, etc. I had a general idea of what I wanted but he added his expertise and it turned out just the way I wanted it. They did a great job and they were very professional, responsive and prompt. They were able to answer every question I had throughout the process and they wanted to make sure they did everything right.
He is now assisting me with another issue regarding the roof.

I used Ron for a major master bathroom remodel. I had used Ron last year for smaller, bathroom update jobs in my other bathrooms pre-move in. This job was far more extensive and far more complicated.
Among the work items done were:
Demolition of everything except Tub
Clean-Up
Prepping
Tiling
Electrical
Extensive Plumbing, including creation of double sink vanity plumbing lines and state of the art shower jet system
Painting
Ron helped me with the remodel from start to finish. His work began with accompanying me for 3 hours at the Tile store, where we sourced most of the tile for the job.
Ron did a great job coordinating the other parts of the job which he was not directly handling. This includes sourcing a glass shower door associate who installed our beautiful glass enclosure for a competitive price, as well as the custom furniture maker (who we used in the other job as well). I am personally quite impressed with Ron's breadth of knowledge. Many others I called were not versed in all aspects of the job and it would have been up to me to be the G.C.
Ron overall did a fantastic job. Having used him in the past, I was totally comfortable about leaving him in the house during the day while the work was being done. I actually went on two business trips during the course of this job and my wife simply left the door open for him to get in, and he leave the house through the garage when we weren't home at the end of the day. He is extremely professional and honest. His prices were extremely fair. In summary, it's hard to find a guy like this in South Florida.
I plan to use Ron for wood floor installation in 2013.

AAA Affordable Contractors has now completed their second major project in our home, the renovation of our three bathrooms. Last summer they completely renovated our kitchen. We are absolutely thrilled with Ron and his crew on the quality of their workmanship, neatness and attention to detail they hvae exibitited on both jobs.
We would like to thank you for a job well done on our kitchen and baths. It is not easy to have a construction crew in your home for over four weeks, but Ron and crew ease the stress by working with you and accomodating you at all times. As contruction progressed they were always open to suggestions or ideas that were not in the original plans. You have proven yourself to be reliable, curteous and reasonable.
Our kitchen has drawn rave reviews from our friends and family this past year, we expect to hear the same feedback for the bathrooms just completed. The end results of the projects have far exceedeed our orignal expectations.

I evaluated several handymen. What I liked about Ron was his willingness to suggest different things and think outside of the box. Though we didn't always come to the same conclusion, I really appreciated a different point of view. Ron is also very patient and will spend as much time as necessary in helping you understand the aspects of a job. My only "critique" is that he can be overloaded with work. I suspect that's because he does such a good job at a fair price and has others knocking on his door.

We did most part of the work and he did the finishing. He tiled the floors and did some plumbing. The quality of his work was good and I was satisfied with his service.
