World Class Cleaning

I used this service in the past and everything went okay. Its highly recommended to check behind the cleaning before she leaves because they tend to slack with mopping under beds and behind backroom doors. Prices are very reasonable. Recently had a bad experience. Carissa (owner) sent a text cancelling service last minute with no replacement until a couple of days later. I tried calling her, but she only wants to text. She's such a texter. Never can communicate directly but expects your business. Dont expect top notch customer service.

They called to reschedule a few hours before they were supposed to show up. I had no time to call someone else because I needed the home cleaned that day. Very unreliable!

I spoke with Carissa & explained all that I needed done at my 3 bedroom house. I asked for a house keeper for a full day knowing everything that I needed done. She told me she would give me 2 girls for 3 hours but that they will stay as long as I needed past the 3 hours. I thought this was great, I was stoked to finally have my house clean after having my baby just a few months prior. The first girl showed up knowing only a few words of English. She didn't introduce herself at all or try to ask where I wanted her to start, just asked where the kitchen was. I thought this was okay since the second person I was expecting would probably be the communicator. I was wrong, the second girl spoke even less English. So now I had two strange women in my house starting to clean with my supplies & I couldn't even tell them what I needed done or where anything was. I thought maybe this okay because Carissa must have explained everything I needed. I was obviously upset that I had no heads up that they didn't speak English but wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt. My fiancé speaks fluent Spanish & had I known, we could have had them come on a day he'd be home. One girl spent well over an hour in the kitchen, the one place I actually clean on a regular basis since I cook everyday. The other went upstairs & started on the bathrooms which took 3 hours. They used up a huge portion of my cleaning supplies & I had no idea that they used ALL of my bathroom cleaners as well of a few other products. Meanwhile, they didn't use other items that would have done a better job. Perhaps they didn't know what they did & couldn't ask me how. After 3.5 hours of work, the girls were suddenly rushing to get out of the house. Our living room was still a disaster, NONE of the furniture (even the light stuff) was moved to sweep or mop, our entire office area was left a mess, & not a single thing got dusted. Nothing I explained to Carissa that I needed done, was done. Upon further inspection, the stuff that they did clean wasn't even cleaned throughly. I was under the impression I was hiring a professional cleaning company to clean my house, not just some people looking to make a few extra bucks. The next day Carissa text me to ask how the cleaning went & I sent a rather long, yet polite, text back explaining everything. The response I got was "OH NO!" Verbatim. That was it. Trying to be understanding, I wanted to give her a few days to call me & talk this out...but that never happened. After paying for 7 hours worth of work, we still had to hire someone else to come & spend a full day cleaning everything they missed. I am extremely disappointed.

Horribly when I knew my jewelry was taken

They will send one person, and if you don't like them, they will send another person. You can switch and switch until you find someone you like. I have had the same girl for a long time, and she is awesome. She does an excellent job. I leave her in the house, unsupervised.

They are fine.  They do what I ask and they do it in a reasonable amount of time.  They are always fifteen minutes late.  So if I need them here at 9 I tell them to come at 8.45.  The price is better than everybody else.
