WOOD WONDERS CUSTOM FURNITURE INC.

This review is an update to our review from 2013. Wood Wonders Custom Furniture designs, constructs, and installs cabinetry and furniture of the highest quality and design. Over the past fifteen years, Wood Wonders has completed the renovation of our guest bath, our master bath, master walk-in closet, family room entertainment center, pantry/laundry, and kitchen. Each of these projects was completed on time and on budget and the quality of the workmanship is exceptional. With the most up to date design awareness, Patrick Quillen coordinates with the homeowner to ensure that the final product meets the expectations of the owner. Our most recent work was made necessary by a fire that damaged both the kitchen and laundry/pantry. The fire was accidentally caused during plumbing repairs on the outside of the house. All the cabinetry had to be replaced, walls had to be repaired, and electrical and plumbing had to be redone. Patrick came to our house only two days after the fire and we began the process of planning the recreation of our dream kitchen. He helped us envision the new kitchen and brought our dreams to life. We highly recommend Wood Wonders Custom Furniture for quality custom furniture and cabinetry.

Do not use them at any cost!!! They are not only horrible to work with, they lie, don’t respond, don’t show up and I have a project that is now nine months and still not complete. They used every BS excuse in the books and continue to ignore me when they have 95% payment on my 45k kitchen project. They have made many mistakes and blame everyone but themselves. They have continued to lie and I have fought them in it and still threaten to not show up with more money even though it’s not done. As a single mom they have taken advantage of my kindness and patience and they did nothing but scam me and put every other job as a priority over mine and have yet over nine months later finished and it’s only getting worse!! I can’t even open my refrigerator and they have done nothing to finish or communicate. I have been ignored too long and no one should ever trust them. It’s so disappointing and rude

Great design, quality materials. Not finished yet

Magnificent custom work with quarter sewn oak and wenge cabinetry.  Multiple built-ins as well.  Any issues are followed up.  I would highly recommend this company.  They not only do residential but commercial work as well.  They have many different types of materials to work with at all price points.

Patrick and Bert have provided incredible assistance as we have completed major remodeling projects in our 30 year old home over the past two years. Patrick created wonderful design ideas for all the projects and Wood Wonders produced cabinetry that is truly beautiful, well built, and functional. They are always punctual and professional in every step from initial design work to final installation.
