Telly has been my plumber for 17 years. He is professional, trustworthy, has integrity, and is reasonable with pricing. He is a perfectionist and pays attention to every finite detail. Telly is awesome-- He takes pride in his work, which he performs with a stellar attitude. He is a true problem-solver, and I feel very fortunate to have found him. Not only did he put lot of effort into communicating exactly what he was doing, he seemed to have a grasp of potential problems that could arise, and how he would solve them if they did. I liked his can-do attitude, and his careful attention to detail. He as very careful to keep the job as clean as possible, and a pleasure to have in my home.

Telius was amazing. Never once did I feel like I was being taken advantage of. He even took a look various other items in the house that needed quick fixes at no charge. I will definitely be using him again.

I was extremely pleased with the service and professionalism Telius performed. He arrived on time and was friendly and courteous, which is a rarity these days. He was a like a little plumbing detective - I was a bit confused but he knew exactly what was going on and was able to explain it to me so that I could comprehend. I learned some things about plumbing today that I never knew before! Telius got me fixed up and I was so happy with him and his company that I brought him over to my store to take care of a leaking faucet over there. He is already plugged into my phone for the next time I need a plumber. Highly recommended!

I don't like writing reviews but he certainly earned it. I woke up to a flood of problems in my new home and thought i was in for a world of hurt. He arrive quickly and is professional manner and knowledgable explanations quickly put me at easy. The job was done quickly and i was back to my day as usual

This was, by far, the best service. The young man arrived promptly. He was quite professional and skilled. The water flap was quickly repaired. However, he went well beyond by discussing with my condo board ( I called them) the concerns with the plumbing pipes and the fact that the condos on floors 2,3,and 4 needed to be accessed so that he could check pipes. The owners were not available.This young man was unlike any other service providers that I have ever done business with.

Telius "Telly" is extremely professional, always on time and keeps you informed of the status. Very honest! No surprises in the price!!

I called this morning and they came today. The guy that showed up here was super nice and seems that he did a good job. The price was very reasonable. We will use them again.

We are so pleased that we found our plumber!  We will look no further.  After recently purchasing a 55 year old house, we need all the help we can get!  Telly is prompt, professional, neat.  We would be comfortable recommending Victory to anyone in need of a good plumber.

Telly was right on time, got straight to work after introducing himself and did a great job replacing my hose faucet. I would use them again if I need any plumbing jobs done! Very satisfied!

It was great , I was Surprised how helpful he was , Replaced my Water Heater , Fixed two of my Dripping Faucets , and also noticed and fixed a leak under my sink ,

The Guy arrived on time , Had to go and get the replacement , [the one on the van was not big enough for my house ,

Came back in 30 Minutes ,

I had hot water back in less than an hour ,

My Toilets sometimes don't flush so well , So I have booked him to come and Run his special camera into my drains ,

Coming Friday this week ,  and he only charges $100.00

The Guy also Talked me through the Differences of the Instant water heater v the Regular Tank , I was thinking about having the new style to save money ,  but yet again he saved me money by explaining the costs of changing style ,

I felt that he wanted me as a long term customer ,

Past experience with Plumbers from Yellow Pages left me feeling that they were "Racking up the bill " this guy kept my bill down 

As an older person on a budget , I am very grateful , this man helped me and gave me a fair price , no extras , And I trusted him in my house ,  In the future I feel I could leave him a key to get in and fix my stuff ,

The owner, Telly, provided the service.  He was on time, professional and did the work as agreed.  I also needed a flapper for my toilet which he diagnosed and repaired for a small additional fee.  He is exactly the type of man I want to call for repairs and will definitely use him in the future.

Telly showed up within the time I chose. He did an excellent job. He even patched the wall after he finished the faucet which was not included but much appreciated!
