USA Tile & Marble

USA Tlle is extremely hard to work and communicate with. While we ultimately obtained the materials that we ordered, it was something of a struggle.  If this company is the sole supplier or a desired product, then we recommend that the buyer conduct all communications in writing and be patient and persistent. Do not expect any kind of personal service or relationship.

We were planning a major remodel to our house which involved removing a wall and raising a sunken living room. I wanted flooring that would go through the whole house so it would flow and not be chopped up with thresholds. I was really nervous about picking out something that I wouldn't be happy with and then having a whole house of it. I can't tell you how many flooring stores I went to looking for "the perfect floor". Magola at USA Tile in Pompano was so extremely patient in answering my questions about all flooring types and the pros and cons. We finally decided on 24x24 rectified porcelain tile so we could have the smallest and fewest grout lines possible and it would be easy to maintain. Then we had to decide which tile. I must have gone into USA Tile 7 or 8 different times (or more) and Magola was always friendly and patient and even provided me with full size samples for me to take home and look at. We finally decided on a tile she recommended that she actually had in her house. Since we placed such a large order we got a very good price and the tile was delivered to our house the next day. The installation was done in two parts so we wouldn't have our house torn up all at once. During the second part about a month later we needed 6 boxes more of tile and Magola was able to get the tile in the same dye lot and I picked it up that day in Miami. Now that it is all installed I can't tell you how happy I am with the tile choice. It looks gorgeous and the quality is wonderful and looks great in all the rooms we put it in. We get so many compliments. I would highly recommend the selection, price and especially service at this tile store, especially if Magola is helping you.
