visited the store on wiles road in coral springs. spoke with dave, the owner. i had spoken with a couple of other companies before this so i pretty much knew that i wanted engineered hardwood. he explained all of the brands that he carried and on my second or third visit i chose mirage santos mahogany. dave had actually been to the plant in canada where it is made and that helped sell me on the company. the particular wood i wanted was not a stocked item and was made as it was ordered. dave told me when it would be available and when he could start on the installation. everything went as scheduled and i was very pleased with the results. carlos did the installation and he was great.

I visited the store and selected several samples which David brought out to my home. He was punctual and professional and he provided a quote within 24 hours. His crew did an outstanding job. Even the closets have finished molding. They were careful in moving the furniture and they removed old carpeting and cleaned up. I did not have any issues at all and there were no surprises. The bill was exactly what was quoted. The floors are beautiful and I couldn't be more pleased.

I like Dave, the owner. He came personally with samples. He was very helpful and very quick to return an estimate. He returned at the same day, only after a couple of hours. He seems very experienced and knowledgeable. He wanted to do the job. He kept telling me that he would match any other prices, if needed.

Of all the extensive remodelling work I did in my house, the floors were done in the most professional way. Louis the installer was great all around and very helpful with a lot of other things that were going on in the house at the same time he was installing the floors.

It was a good price. They were reasonable and less than someone else that I got an estimate from. I liked that the owner was particularly helpful. My husband was in the hospital and I had a situation where I needed to bring in a hospital bed, and he rearranged on his end so that we could have the installers come in time. He had arranged a different time, but I explained the situation to him and he was accommodating, and I appreciated that. My daughter saw their work and she hired them for a job for putting in a backsplash in the kitchen.

Two workers arrived on time, went through with me how the day would progress, and then they helped me select a new color for the grout that more closely matched the color of the tile. The 2 got started on the work, and the owner came by a little later with the new grout material I had selected. Care was taken to not allow the wetness of the cleaning process to affect adjacent areas by laying down and taping work cloths to separate the areas. Day 1 ended around 3pm with all floors getting cleaned and dried, and the non-bathroom floors getting the grout colorized/sealed. Their equipment was stored neatly out of our way so it would be ready quickly on the morning of day 2. On day 2, the 2 bathrooms were regrouted, and they finished before noon. My wife and I couldn't believe the difference - our floors looked as new as the day we had them originally installed 12 years ago!

I discovered a tile floor under a laminate floor after buying a new house. Several tiles were missing grout because the previous owners removed a wall and covered the floor with laminate instead of fixing it properly. I got a lower quote from a carpet cleaning company but when Dave described the different between the process that carpet cleaners and floor cleaners use, I was convinced I wanted to use a professional floor company. While the carpet cleaning company estimated about 2 hours of labor, Dave said it would almost 2 full days to do the work right. They arrived right on time at 8:30 on Monday morning and spend until about 3:30 performing their 4-step cleaning process. They had to remove cement and regrout around about 16 tiles during the cleaning process. Then they arrived early on Tuesday morning to start the grout sealing/staining process. This took almost the entire day and left my floor looking brand new. I hired the carpet cleaning company just to clean my carpet upstairs and the employee asked me who did my floors because he said they did an incredible job.
