Free for everything (driving you around, no extra fees etc)? Check

I'm quite familiar with the real estate process so I was very selective of the real estate agent that I would work with. I actually called Jackson randomly for some minor information but he was so professional that I decided to give him a chance before going with my regular. What happened is he turned into my new regular. He is the type of guy that will explain every process to you and work with you to find exactly what you want.

I will sum up my experience with him with a story from the buying process with him. I was visiting a house that I really liked and up to this point I had been seeing houses with him for 4 months (I?m VERY picky and he was very patient). We had found a house within the first 2 months of the process but due to complications it did not work out. I trusted him enough at this to ask him if he thought I should buy this house that I really liked (I expected him to say yes). He said "No I think you can do better if you wait." I was floored! For those of you that don?t know a buyer?s agent only makes money when you buy a house. And the house I wanted to buy was an expensive one and Jackson would have made a killing ($11,000 in just one deal)! Yet he told me to hold out because he cared more about me getting EXACTLY what I wanted over making a guaranteed commission.

Needless to say he was right; It took me another 8 months but I found a much nicer house at the same price. He was just as patient and prompt for those 8 months as he was the first day. He is not just an honest and hardworking real estate agent. He is a very honest human being! He is there to literally find you a house you want first and a commission is a distant second to him. I highly recommend him, he will never steer you wrong.
