Description of Work: My comment is not about this specific location but the company in general. I made a reservation with Uhaul for moving truck and gave them my credit card information to ensure the truck reservation. The day before the reservation I was notified they didn't have a truck available and I would have to go to another location to pick it up which was 30-45 minutes away (so and hour to hour & half drive there and back thru city traffic). I was amazed at the lack of concern or willingness to try to find a solution to the problem. I will never use this company and wanted others to be aware of their policy (or indifference to helping their customers).

+ -1 moreThey are very good, and we have used them several times. We only had one problem, and I don't know whose fault it was, but we had been living in a fairly big 4 bedroomed house for 20 years, and so we had a lot of stuff to move. After having another company move the big furniture, we used 3 or 4 trucks from U-haul to move back and forth. We renewed it every time we needed it, and the 4th day, we went to renew it, and they said they needed the truck back. We had loaded the truck, and then we had to unload it. We had renewed it several times. They had the truck sit in the lot for several days, and that made my husband go nuts. He was unloading the truck himself. The first time we rented the truck, my husband put the key down somewhere and couldn't find it, and then they said, some of the trucks that they have on their lot, they have two sets of keys, and some which come from another location only have one key. This truck was their regular truck, and they had a cabinet with the keys in it, but they couldn't open it, because the manager was out of town, so we couldn't use that truck the whole day, because they couldn't open the cabinet. They didn't charge us for the day, but we had people lined up to help us.

+ -1 moreThe truck was very clean, this was a new truck - didn't have any problems (mechanical) and easy pick up and drop off as well. I will use them again in the future.
Description of Work: I rented a 20 foot truck to send furniture to my son in another state.

+ -1 moreI will definitely use UHaul again. I booked reservation online but still had some questions, the rep was able to answer them. They called the day before pick up as they stated they would. Truck was clean and ready to go as promised. The pick up was fast and friendly. No problems with the truck. Drop off location was just as nice and quick
Description of Work: Picked up truck I had reserved at this location. The entire process was about 10 minutes. Hey suggest prior to picking up truck you fill outcome driver info online which helped speed up the process. The clerk that helped us was very friendly and extremely efficient. They had a large supply of moving tools there (boxes,tape etc...) for purchase. I had planned to make another stop for those items but just purchased there. Prices were reasonable. When we left the counter, the truck was pulled up front, on & ready to go when we walked outside. Friendly, clean, &efficient- just what I was looking for. I also found UHaul to be the deal & if you are flexible about pick up/drop off locations you can save even more.
