Trusted Tek

I am very happy with Trusted Tek. This is my second time (in about two years) that I've called them for help with our home network and home computers and they have provided excellent service. Jose, the technician that came to our house, was very knowledgeable, did all of the work quickly and efficiently, and then followed up to make sure that everything was working corrected. Great experience!

I called on a Sunday panicked because I had a test that was due by midnight. I had travelled back from Hawaii with a working computer and on the second flight, I had a black screen and nothing else. I called in the afternoon, and Donna, the owner found a computer tech for me immediately. O'Neil, the computer tech, called and went through somethings on the phone with me before he committed to coming to my home for 89.99 per hour (a fair and competitive price). He had to research a few things for my specific laptop, which he did and called me right back. He was able to identify the problem on the phone and got my computer running. The company didn't charge me a penny!! Donna followed up with a call the following day to make sure that my computer was running and that I had gotten my test done for my class. Both she and Oneil were super friendly, extremely helpful and I am so happy that I have found this company. I will use their services in the future without a doubt!

I got them off of Angie's List. They're so wonderful and they're so excellent. They would send me pictures that are absolutely fantastic. I looked them up to see if I could get somebody to help me. I was in bad trouble and they sent me somebody immediately. In fact, the woman who runs it is so great. She came to the house once to see if evertyhing was alright. They were just perfect and marvelous. They charged me $75 an hour and they're well worth it. Anytime I have a problem, they give me a callback and they helped me. This was all over the phone. They never even charged me for that. They're a really wonderful company ran by a woman.

They were fine and they were good. I was very satisfied. They came promptly and fixed everything. They have fair prices. The guy was courteous.

The service went very well. The rate was competitive. The gentleman came on time, worked efficiently. and my computer has worked great since that time.

The call center of this company has issues.  They did not solve my problem, but when the owner found out they gave me a full refund and said she would change their practices  to improve service.  I will try this company again.  This is how all businesses should treat their customers.

Overall, the experience was very good.  They got my computer back in business and told me what parts I needed so I was able to go purchase them myself. Sergi was the technician I worked with, and I’m going to use them from now on for all my computer needs. Their price is much more reasonable than other computer services I’ve used.

It was a great experience.  I called and scheduled an appointment and then identified I needed them sooner since my computer basically froze up.  I spoke to Donna the owner and she stated no problem.  She was able to get a technician out two days earlier than originally scheduled.  When Renardo came to the office I identified what we needed done.  We put a plan together and then we moved forward.  We needed some special parts for what we were looking to do so Renardo came with me to CompUSA to get what we needed for our work around.  He did the complete install and I couldnt be happier.    Thanks Trusted Tek!

Overall everything Trusted Tek has set out to do has been accomplished. Beside the design of my website they also designed my maintenance page and was very thorough in teaching me the ins and outs of handling that page as I will be maintaining my own website . I will soon preview the website before I sign off of the work done. All work is close to being finished. I have referred Trusted Tek already. I will continue to refer Donna Caccioppo.
