Robin Gonzalez performed the job. We had hired another company twice in the past three weeks, but they did not do anything to fix the problem. Robin came in, explained everything to me, and I was very pleased because he was very knowledgeable. He cleared the sewer line. He will do a replacement of a section of the line in a week without breaking the floor inside my house. I did not hesitate to request him to perform this job. I highly recommend him.

Hands down the most professional, very well equipped and extremely honest plumbing company I have ever had the pleasure to deal With. Robin came to my home at midnight to solve what I thought was a never ending Problem with severe clogging of my main bathroom plumbing. He quickly diagnosed the issue and repaired the problem in no time for a very competitive rate. I would highly recommend this company to whoever has plumbing needs. They were fast and professional. Robin showed knowledge and he was polite. He replaced my water heater in less than two hours. I choose Trust Rooter because they did not charge the Saturday emergency fee that others charge, at least till 1:00 pm I do recommend this company.

My water bills have been sky high since December 2018. It jumped from around $36/month to an average of $275/month. This is my vacation home in Florida so we are only there one week per month. I contacted Trusted Rooter to help me find out what is going on. It was not an emergency, but I was seen that day for a free estimate. He checked the plumbing inside and outside the house for water leakages. Found an outside faucet that was leaking water which may raise water bill by $30/month. He suggested that I shut off the main water valve whenever I am not in the area. We could not locate the shutoff for the main water valve, so he installed it. He suggested I get a locking device so someone cannot reopen the valve while I am away. I suspect that someone is using my outside faucet to water their lawn while I am not in the area. Robin Gonzalez was friendly and very professional. And I felt the value for the money was good. I would not hesitate recommending him and his company to others.

Robin ,fromTrust Rooter, arrived on time, explained the options we had to repair our sink and the cost associated with each option. We went with his recommendation which was the least expensive. He did a great job reseating the undermount brackets and recaulking the seams. Robin was a very pleasant and professional man. We would hire him again if the need arose.

Robin rescued us in our plumbing emergency. He was extremely professional, clearly explained everything and maintained a clean work space. I absolutely recommend Robin for a phenomenal stress free, reliable, expert level plumbing solution. He paused from a non-emergency big plumbing job to come stop our would-be flooded crisis. Then he returned to diligently complete the original big job. Hours later as promised, Robin finished our plumbing problem. Amazing job! Incredibly pleased. Thanks so much Robin!
