The crew were very cordial and diligent in their work but I observed that they were constantly interrupted by phone calls from Jay as to the length of time on the job. The same crew returned to inspect the site after my complaint that Mike could not replace the sealed and broken pool jets. They indicated that they were taught to seal the collars in this manner as the only way to insure against leakage. I do not know if the job is reasonably priced as this is the only pool company to use fiber glass in my area. I do believe that the crew did the best they could, but that they were taught an incorrect shortcut and not a procedure according to the manufacturer installers manual. The owner of the manufactured procuct believes that Cohen followed correct procedure, however no one has come to inspect my resurfaced pool but the original crew and Mike Kinnard. I am requesting an inspection by the manufacturer. I have more pool upkeep than ever, and need a satisfactory resolution.

"We paid for the water and we paid for the pop up jets.The customer is lying. We had the factory come out and check the job too. Please take this off. The customer told us if we do all of them things should be happy. My record at the B.B.B is a A plus. So help me out."
