The Cleaning Authority

Bad, I feel like they missed a lot of little details. Good, they are eager. It is a new business for them. It is a franchise that they bought into in Oct. So we started with them relatively soon after they had started their company. And as new business owners, they were like oh yeah it's gonna be this and that and it's gonna be awesome and this great price. And as it's went on they have slipped a little bit and broken a few things and we are not super jazzed about it these days but they are still ok. 

I still am planning on using them.

Big waste of time and Money for substandard service.  Ken Chester and franchise company the cleaning authority Pompano Beach, Florida failed to complete the services which was promised in the contract.  
He charged us $500 for first time clean in which he only sent 2 girls for a large home.  Not only did they take all day, they were incompetent.    The 2 girl cleaning team missed many areas , the deep cleans as advertised is a lie and it basically just a glorified  wipe down.  My home was still dusty in many areas., the floors were poorly cleaned and the glass and mirror surfaces were never shined.   Definitely not a well trained staff as I had to monitor and go over several times just to get a the toilet cleaned properly.    Ken chester did not return any of our calls, he has an answering service screening his calls.  I would never hire Ken Chester again as his  company is not worthy of cleaning well appointed homes.   You can see local reviews about his company by other customers that had similar issues.

They're not bad. I've had them for almost 4 years. They are better than anybody else that I had from a cleaning company. This is the only that I will recommend. If they see something out of place, they pick it up and put it where it belongs. These people are the only ones that are doing what I want them to do. If they don't do something and you call them, they immediately will send somebody back. They have insurance which is great. You have to tell them what you want. Otherwise, you're not getting it.

The team that I have now is a great team, and they do a great job. In the beginning I had many different cleaning workers, and I didn't like that because I have dogs. Once I called the owner, they sent the same people to my house every time. They also don't let you set an exact time they are coming. Sometimes the owner does not return your calls as well.

They charge me $85 a week. They are good but sometimes it depends on the crew that they send out. Some crews are better than others and some are more meticulous than others. Overall they are between good and average. They go a little quick through some areas and they are really good in some areas and it is better than doing it yourself.
