Tek SOS

I have tech support from Apple. I have had Geek Squad come out to do tech setup. My reasoning for contacting Tek Sos was for a more personal relationship and be able to establish a rapport with them. I left several messages with Tony at the beginning. Finally weeks later a female answered and setup the appointment for May 27th. He arrived ontime. He spent about 45 minutes or so explained setting up a Apple computer with TV. Things went south after the consolation. He was going to swipe my credit card on his laptop and he said his laptop wasnt working. He asked if there would be another method of payment. I ended up paying with a check. As we were walking out I handed him my ipod touch. I told him to be very careful. He put it in his briefcase and said it would be done within 3 days. I called him a week later and left a message trying to find out where my ipod was. Days and weeks passed and still couldnt get in touch with him. Then all of the sudden I tried and someone answered. Then to find out that Tony packed up and went to Key West. Finally got in contact with Tony and got hung up on. The police escorted us to the storefront, there were just boxes and no idea what was being sold there. They are criminals and the police have been contacted.
