"Our company was performing a FULL SERVICE of the water filtration unit; cleaning injectors, setting timers, repairing any issues, testing the water quality, etc. We were supplying 320 lbs of salt per month, and only charging $50.00 for everything. Mr. [Member Name Removed] is a terrible payer. His account was 11 months past due. When I was at the neighbor's house, I decided to knock on his door and ask whether he had been receiving the invoices we had been sending. His girlfriend answered the door, and I asked her to relay the message to him. He later called and screamed at me:"How dare you knock on my door and ask for payment". $2.00 for salt? I do not know of ANY place that sells salt for $2.00. Sam's Club, Costco, Walmart, Lowes, Publix, Home Depot are more than 3X that for the price of a 40lb bag of salt. Let alone 8X the amount we were supplying. The salt were were supplying was SunGems which is a product of Cargill Salt. We purchase the salt by the 18 wheeler truck from them. Mr. [Member Name Removed] stated in a Yelp review that he now purchases salt from Home Depot (for $5.00). He also had his girlfriend post a review on yelp stating the same thing... Ironically, Home Depot has a contract with Cargill Salt, and sells the SunGems brand. This is the EXACT SAME SALT we were supplying. We have provided the print and telephone messages to Cargill stating that their salt is dirty; they will take the appropriate legal action"
"Everything was working correctly. The cost was NOT $8000.00 It was $60.00 The whole house reverse osmosis system, pumps, pressure tanks, etc. were installed on 7/18/2017 for a total cost of $7204.24 The leak was on 04/10/2018. 9 months later. We received a call at 2:44pm on a Tuesday afternoon stating that "there was a small leak at the bottom of one of the parts, and that water was dripping out." Any water dripping or leaking would have run onto the grass outside his house and NOT done any damage to his property or equipment. He asked if we could take a look at it and repair it "at our earliest convenience", as it was not an emergency. I informed him that I was on an emergency service call out of the area, and that I would repair it either later that day - after the emergency service call was completed (if it was not too late in the evening), or the following morning. Mr [Member Name Removed] called at 10am on Wednesday (the following morning) morning to advise that he had called somebody else to repair the small leak, and for us not to do the repair."
"We have not performed ANY services at the property [Member Name Removed] was renting since August 2016, almost 2 years ago. At the time, he was being charged $53.00 per month to service a VERY old water filtration system that was barely functional. We had told him on many occasions that the water filtration system needed to have the filter media inside the units replaced, or have the water filtration system replaced as it had exceeded its usable life; The system was the original unit from 1983. We achieved the best quality of water from the old filtration system possible. We did not receive and responses regarding the repairs or replacement. Months later I received a call from the management company who managed the rental of the house. I explained the situation to them and they contacted the homeowner in Europe. We got permission to replace the water filtration system. After the water system replacement, Mr. [Member Name Removed] stated that the water quality was fantastic, and that he was very happy with it. However, he continued to not pay his bills. He refused to pay Florida Sales Tax as required by the Florida Department of Revenue. After the Monthly Service performed in August of 2016, we discontinued servicing the property. We received a phone call from the management company asking whether we could resume the services, but we informed them of the debt of Mr. [Member Name Removed] and stated that we could not do the services unless we received payment. Mr [Member Name Removed] continues to have an outstanding account balance of $418.08. He was handed over to collections."
Explained why I was having a problem, what it would take to repair, and how much it would cost.
2 1/2 hours from time I placed call requesting service until repair was complete.
I highly recommend this company.
I appreciated that unlike other contractors I've had to the house he didn't try to pressure me to buy something or con me. I will defiantly use him in the future!
"Thank you very much for the positive response. We look forward to helping you any way we can in the future."
