Superior Remodeling & Home Improvement

We had Lowes and Home Depot come out to take measurements and look at the floor to see if we can put down laminate flooring, on the second story of our Townhome. The sub flooring on the second floor was ply wood. Both HD and Lowes said they were not able to do the work with the floors in the condition they were in. They both mentioned that we needed to have a few areas repaired before they can lay the flooring. I actually ended up joining Angie’s List for the task to find a handyman in my area that had a good rating. This led me to contact, HandyDanDaMan. He was booked up for the timeframe we were
looking for, so he referred me too Superior Remodeling and Home Improvements, Dan mentioned that they work together on many projects. I contacted Steve at Superior Remodeling and Home Improvements about the sub floor repairs work that I needed to get done in our home. They came out and looked at the scope of the work and said they would be able to repair the floor. Once the work was done, they quoted to install the flooring as well (I ended up just purchasing Pergo flooring from Home Depot and had it delivered to my home. We did a lot of research on the flooring and left like this was a very good laminate product). I felt like with the work that was done on the sub floor that they deserved the opportunity to take on that
job. I am glad I did, as Superior Remodeling and Home Improvements completed the work and the floor looks great. We are more than happy with the work that was done. As a matter of fact, Dan stopped by when the work was complete to look it over and he was very impressed with the flooring work that was done. I have a few more projects that will be coming up, that I will definitely call Superior again. The crew is professional and takes pride on getting the job done right. I recommend them for any work you need to get done.

Overall, the job went very well. Steve and his crew showed up on time, had to work through some bad weather conditions, but got the job done on a timely basis, and within budget.The roof looks the best it has in 7 years since we had it replaced and the front walk and driveway are now ready for painting. Steve found some broken tiles on my roof and even fixed those for no extra cost. I would definitely use Superior again and will recommend them to my friends and neighbors.

Last month Code enforcement came through my neighborhood and tagged everyone on my street, including me, for not having their driveway painted and the sidewalks blackened with stains. I called Steve and he was able to come over right away. Steve cleaned my driveway and sidewalk so they looked like new. As an added bonus he cleaned my fence. The fence was covered with black mold and looked as though it needed to be replaced. I was amazed at how good it looked after he got done cleaning it. The wood looked as if it came from Home Depot yesterday and got installed. I passed my inspection with no trouble thanks to Steve"s great work. He does a fantastic job.
