Superior Moving & Storage made today's move super easy and stress-free. Superior's moving crew was on time and moved in a timely fashion. The Movers were extremely cautious with all of our valuables. We had very heavy furniture on the second floor they were able to move it with ease. They were super cautious with Furniture and the floors and walls. These guys were great. I can't Thank you enough!

Great experience! Marion, Robert, and Marquis were exceptional. Friendly and efficient. Hard workers who knew what they were doing.

They were great beginning to end. The estimator was professional and so were the guys that helped with the move. The office staff kept me informed and put my mind at ease.

My experience with Superior was quite bad. I told them in advance that I would pack certain items myself like family heirlooms, jewelry and medicines but that statement enabled them to call mine a "partial move". They significantly underestimated how many boxes I would require even though we actually moved fewer pieces than I originally told their estimator we would move and when I called to advise them that we had run out of boxes, they said that since it was a "Partial Move" I was bound by contract to the box count they "estimated" would be required and that I had signed. It was as if I had somehow become the expert on estimating moving volume and weights rather than the company themselves. Fortunately, I had a few of my own boxes still available, When the day was nearing its end, it became apparent that more unpacked stuff was remaining than would fit in the truck so I was offered the option of having another truck and two movers come back the next day to finish the job, for an additional charge of course, or I could do it myself. Please, save yourselves the aggravation I suffered and don't use these people. Their customer service is horrible. There is another chapter to be told on the damages to our furniture that occurred during this move and Superior's magnanimous offer to compensate us $15.00 for the hundreds of dollars in damages caused by their movers because we didn't pay for a detailed photographic, before and after, inventory of the items that were moved. We rejected the offer and are now sharing our move experience so that others may be forewarned about the perils of dealing with Superior Moving & Storage.

The initial contact by the sales representative was very professional. We got a call from the owner and a letter from owner confirming our move date. But guess what, on the move date they were a no show. After calling the office and waiting for well over an hour to get a call back, we had to call them again to find out what happened and if anything could be done. Apparently they never actually put us on the schedule! After scrambling to get a much smaller truck and a short-handed crew, they finally moved us. They showed up at 11:30 am and after three trips back and forth they finally finished at about 10:00 pm. No call to apologize for the oversight, no concession for the poor customer service or the stress we had to deal with not knowing if anyone was even going to show up... nothing. On multiple occasions, as we tried to get resolution to this, we asked for the owner to call us, but not a peep. In addition, the person who coordinated the initial deposit and final payment argued with us, stating "well someone showed up didn't they, what is the problem". There is a great deal of glossy, implied professionalism from this company, but don't let that fool you. This company does not care at all about customer service. It is all just sales spin in an effort to get you to sign the contract. There are a lot of moving companies in the area. I would steer clear of this one.

The actual movers who moved me were amazing. They wrapped all my delicate parts and was very careful with my items. Now as far as the company and their business practices, I would not use them again. I have used several large moving companies(American Van Lines and Regions Van Lines) who have never charged for the time it takes the company to get to my location and get back to their warehouse. The hour travel time is the time it takes them to get from your old home to the new one. You are coming to my home to do a service why should I pay for the time that it takes you to get to my house and get back to your warehouse. Also, be aware the also charge 10% for fuel, which I  knew before I booked them, but they were the only company offering four guys for the date I needed. As I said the movers were not bad, the Owner needs to go back to his business practices and find a better way to recoup his operating expenses. Because this hour travel time is no the way to do it.

Superior Moving lives up to its name- best mover I'be ever used. They have moved me three times in the past four years, and each time I was very happy. Nice people, fair price, large (and friendly) moving men who worked hard to get the move done. And no problems with the paperwork or the price. And nothing broken either. I highly recommend this company!

Fantastic Moving service !  Superior Moving & Storage moved and stored my furniture for over 8 months. I just recently received my items. I am very happy with the end result as well as the entire move. Everything was professional, and above my expectations of what to expect from a moving company. Being a doctor I have not moved much, however have relocated a few times in my life and this was by far the best moving experience I have had. I cannot recall all of the movers names, but George and Robert stick out and went out of their way to make me happy. Superior Moving's office staff was very nice and a pleasure to deal with. Again I am very happy with the moving and storage services and will definitely refer anyone I know in need of a moving company.

I called Superior Moving on very short notice. Michelle who answered was very courteous and made all the necessary arrangements on such short notice. When the guys showed up they were friendly, on time, and very professional.. They worked efficiently and respected my belongings. The move happened quickly and was uneventful. I would recommend them to anyone.

Our first contact with Superior Moving & Storage was very positive. We spoke to Danieli who advised us she was new in the office. She was very upbeat and eager to work with us. She put us through to Michele. Michele was very professional and had an answer for every question we had. It was the positive experience we had with the office staff at Superior that made us chose them. We did a local move with Superior Moving from Boca Raton Florida to Palm Beach , Florida. The movers arrived and they were beyond great. They were friendly, and took extreme care with our furniture. It was truly a pleasure working with Dwayne, Carl and Janine. Yes Janine, they had a woman on the crew, at first we were skeptical, but she got down and dirty right with the boys and carried heavy furniture up and down stairs. We were shocked and impressed. These movers are totally professional and did a great job. We could not be happier with the whole experience. I would not hesitate to recommend Superior Moving & Storage and when the time comes again to move we will be calling Superior Moving.

On February 3, 2016, I moved from a home that I had lived in for 13 years.  I didn't sleep at all the night before the move because I had such anxiety over how the move would go.  That being said, at 9 am, promptly, my saviors arrived in the form of Superior Moving and Storage.  3 of the nicest and professional men anyone could ask for.  They were efficient, courteous, helpful and just an overall joy to work with.  Additionally, as I neglected to inform Superior that I had to move a piano, they didn't come with the equipment needed to pack up the piano.  But as with everything else with Superior, they immediately dispatched the proper equipment and an extra mover to help with it.  You would think that with the extensive move that I undertook, the expense would be exorbitant, but to my surprise the entire move cost 2,500 dollars!! I can't imagine how Superior makes money with these rates and the incredible quality of their staff, but I was amazed.  I would not only recommend Superior Moving and Storage, I would implore anyone who is making a move to look no further.  This company is truly the best.

We finally are moved into our new home. This is our 2nd move with Superior Moving & Storage considering we 1st moved into storage January of 2015. Our home was recently completed and we moved into our new home in October 2015. Our initial contact with Superior Moving pushed us in the direction of using them. The woman on the phone Michele was great, she took a lot of time and explained the process of moving and storage to us. The movers that Superior sent on both moves were a separate group of guys and both moves the guys were great. These guys went out of their way to be friendly and take great care of our furniture. Everything was wrapped in moving blankets and we received a detailed list of what we moved into storage. We had a small amount of packing completed as well. They packed up our china and glassware from our kitchen. Upon unpacking, nothing was damaged, they bubble papered every piece of china and wrapped it carefully. We were really impressed with this moving company for both the move into storage and the delivery from storage to our new home. Couldn't be happier, definitely A+ rating and a great moving company to work with.

We took the advise from the estimator from Superior Moving & Storage. We actually took the time to go visit 3 moving companies storage facilities. One of them I wouldn't even store car parts. It was so un-organized and dirty I left without giving a 2nd thought. The other was decent but nothing compared to Superior Moving & Storage. Take the same advise I was given, you are storing all of your priceless possessions and items. Take the couple of hours to actually go and see these storage places. Superior Moving charged exactly what they quoted, and the storage facility was spotless. I was very impressed with the move, everything was padded and wrapped up in moving blankets. They used this thick plastic film to wrap my recliners and our sofa's. This was a top notch job and everything was delivered out of storage without a scratch. These guys are great movers and gave an honest price.

We asked to be there around 9 am and 2 men arrived at 8:30 am. Marcus and Marquis are 2 of the nicest and pleasant people I ave ever met. They never stopped or even slowed down. I had to leave for work and left my wife with them so she could tell them where to put beds together and stuff like that. My wife said these guys were signing church songs and never said a bad word or cursed. I cannot say enough about these guys, all furniture was wrapped, tapped and secur

We had a house full of furniture (of course) and honestly knew going into the past 2 weeks that we did not need to stress and have been proven with our past 2 moves it wasn't going to be as bad as we always think it is.  Superior and Anthony the Manager were great to deal with and again, this is EXACTLY why I push my customers to them and I would not do this if it caused me additional work and if it didn't make my work life easier.  They helped my wife and children pack our house and pack the truck on the first day then were waiting for us at the new house in the morning on the second day. I cant say enough about the CARE and stress relief our family has about the MOST stressful event to deal with.    It is a "No-brainer" as far as I am concerned. This last move is our last but there is no doubt that if we move again its Superior that will move us and if I can help someone else be less stressed with a stressful situation then this is my opportunity.

I recently hired Superior Moving & Storage and was very impressed with the overall experience. Luis from Superior Moving came to my home in Weston  and was about 10 minutes early. I was running on time coming home from work and my parents were home to greet Luis. To my surprise Luis spoke fluent Spanish and had a great conversation with my parents. Once I got home we got down to the estimation process. Luis was very professional and explained everything in details. We needed basically 2 moves. First move was to Storage and then 2nd move back to Weston. I did do some comparisons and got 3 estimates. They were all close in numbers. Superior was the highest estimate but I felt the way Luis explained the moving process was most professional out of the 3 estimations. Luis basically explained that because of the high quality of the furniture we had, he needed to allow extra time for padding and blanket wrapping to make sure the furnitures were all protected. The moving men arrived on time and as promised by Luis, wrapped everything up and acted very professional. The movers were without a doubt very experienced and took care in the moving of our items. The items were in storage for 3 months and then our house was ready and the items moved back in. I was very happy with the condition of all of our furnitures and items. Everything was in perfect condition and the movers took time to put everything exactly where we wanted it. Everything was put back together, nothing missing and no scratches or broken things. We did our own packing of boxes and nothing was broken in the boxes either. We just recently finished unpacking the last of the boxes, and everything is finally put away and we are totally moved in. I really appreciate the services and help that Superior Moving provided and want to Thank Luis for making sure everything he promised was accurate. I would say that the move went perfect and Superior Moving is very Superior.

I was having my 2 bedroom unit renovated in Century Village. The arduous task of hiring a contractor and hiring a moving & storage company was something un-avoidable. The horror stories of both industries afforded me many sleepless nights. The contractor I chose to do the renovations suggested Superior Moving & Storage for my move and storage during the renovations. I checked the company out and they certainly had the credentials and what seemed like the ability to move and storage my items. After interviewing a few moving companies I chose to go with Superior. They were the best all around after some due dilligence and research. They moved 2 rooms of furniture into storage for about 2 months during the renovations. Everything was wrapped in either moving blankets or plastic wrapping. The job was carefully executed and they definitely were professionals. After the construction they moved my items back and everything was in the same condition as they picked it up. The moving men went out of their way to make sure I was happy they helped me move items around the house and stayed until I was sure that everything was placed properly. My promise to George , Brian and Richard was to let others know that I was pleased with the service and will highly recommend these movers to anyone I hear of moving.

Great Moving Job !  I was very impressed from the start with Superior Moving. I began searching and checking out a few moving companies. Superior Moving came up a few times both in advertisement as well as refereral from a few friends. The company was very professional, and the estimator Luis took his time explaining everything in detail. My job wasn't very large and I can appreciate a businesses outlook on trying to get larger jobs, I get it, my job wasn't going to make anyone rich. However Luis spent considerable more time then any other estimators and really took his time explaining everything to me. It was much appreciated and I felt like Superior really cares and went by the "motto" no job to small.  Enough said on that end of the moving. The movers showed up and were very friendly, they shook my hand, they introduced themselves and advised me from the start I was  " the boss" and they worked for me. That made me feel good and even though I'm not a bossy person I was pleased that they showed me the respect for the job. They did  a great job and took good care of my stuff. It's only a 1 bedroom apartment but it's all of my stuff and I was happy the guys took good care of all of my belongings. Definitely a job well done, and much appreciated the great service.

Superior Service !  Superior Moving is by far the best moving company we have ever used. My husband is transferred every few years from state to state and has to begin new work projects. Without saying we have moved quite a bit. Our of our last 10 moving experiences Superior Moving is by far the best. The movers, George, Marcus , Robert and Paul went out of there way to make sure we were completely happy. Prior to moving us a team led by Serena came to our home and packed all of our fragile items. They were very meticulous and carefully bubble wrapped and boxed items. I was extremely impressed with how much care went into our packing and labeling. They wrote our last name, followed by the room, and then a brief description of the items in each box. This was time consuming but it was well appreciated that they took this time to be very thorough and organized. The movers were equally as professional. They spent a considerable amount of time wrapping up the furniture in moving blankets and every item we have of fabric was wrapped up like a mummy in plastic wrapping. We have had some good moves and some bad moves over the years, but out of all of the moves this was definitely the best. Just the care and time that went into the move and the packing was well appreciated. They were not in a rush and took time on every piece to make sure it was safely wrapped up.  On the move in the crew was so polite and patient and didn't seem to mind at all if I changed my mind where a specific item or piece of furniture was to be placed. The crew was so patient and was eager to please. I cant say enough good about the crew we had and Superior Moving in general.
