I was a bit hesitant at first since I have never done any work like this before. Alex was recommended by a friend who had used him a few months ago. Alex came to give me an estimate and arrived 15 minutes early. I was immediately impressed and my fears of working with a contractor were put at ease. He took the time to explain every detail from the first day and never pushed me to do anything. He showed me many different options and gave me different pricing options for each. Every benchmark date that was set was completed right on time. I was extremely impressed with the care that was taken in protecting my furniture and rooms that weren't being worked on. His crew was very professional and always on time. When the job was completed, they cleaned everything and explained the procedures to care for my new floors. All in all Alex and his crew were phenomenal. In a time when most people only write to complain, I must say that it is refreshing to know that there are still contractors out there that take pride in their work.
