STEVEN ELLENBOGEN INSPECTIONS

Excellent!!!!! I set up the appointment. The inspector showed up on time and it was the BEST experience. He explained as he went along everything he was doing and why. We and our insurance company received the reports the next AM. I would use them again in a heart beat.

Because of my work schedule, I needed to have my inspection in the evening. Steve was available for evening inspections, which I appreciated because I didn't have to use a vacation day. I scheduled with his wife, Susan, and she was very pleasant and made the process very easy. Steve arrived on time, was very pleasant and efficiently inspected my hurricane doors and windows, taking the necessary photographs while also explaining what he was doing and why. He showed me his license and we completed the paperwork. After the appointment, he added the digital photos to the paperwork and emailed it directly to my insurance agent and copied me.

Overall, I had an excellent experience! And, I would definitely recommend Steven Ellenbogen as an inspector.

Went Great. Didn't even have to be at the property

We were notified by our insurance company that because of the age of the house, we were required to have a 4 Point Inspection performed. We called this company to set up an appointment and scheduled a timely appointment that was convenient for our household schedule. Steven Ellenbogen arrived exactly on time, described the procedure and then completed the inspection. The report was then forwarded to our insurance company. Everyone that I spoke with at this company was extremely pleasant, answered all our questions and made the inspection a very satisfying experience. If any inspections are required in the future by our insurance company, we will be using Steven Ellenbogen Inspections.

There is not much to tell. His office called ahead of time to confirm appointment and in my case, since he was available, sent him over at an earlier time that I approved.
