State Pro Construction Inc

I live out of state, so State Pro called often and sent pictures to let me know how the progress was going. I could not be happier with the work so I have hired them to do the rest of the remodel of the condo!

Besides being a really nice guy,Gianfranco was very professional, accommodating, punctual and always available by phone. He returned calls promptly. You can tell he cares about his work and takes pride in doing a good job. He pays attention to detail. We made a few changes in our plan after construction began and he accommodated them all in a helpful manner. He always took the time to answer questions and address all of our concerns. We were particularly pleased that he erected a plastic barrier between the work area (our kitchen) and the adjoining dining room to keep the dust and dirt out of the non-work area. He also laid down plastic sheeting with a Masonite cover on a portion of the dining room carpet nearest to the construction. Our work was done in our condo and he always followed our condo association's rules concerning contractors. We found him to be very trustworthy. We were staying at our condo during the construction but we would not hesitate to have him work if we could not be there. Thanks to State Pro Construction we love our beautiful new kitchen!

Emory Woodcraft was our original contact, but all the work was done by JF and his sub contractors.  And since Bob Emory is retiring, we figured, might as well write the review here.
Punctual and responsive is a great description.  It was something lacking from other contractors we contacted.  JF called when he said he would, showed up when he promised.  That's important.
Overall we are very happy.  Even with some disagreements as to the quality of some of the tile work in the shower initially, in the end, it was fixed and completed to our satisfaction.
