One of the oldest roofing contractors in South Florida. Family owned and operated in Pompano Beach for 37 years. SCI was the first contractor to apply Spray Polyurethane Foam (SPF) roofing systems and remains the leading applicator to date. Southern Coatings Inc uses only the leading manufactures materials. In addition to urethane systems, SCI finds solutions to each project's unique specifications by offering other conventional roofing systems as well. If I could give No Stars I would... The previous review shows exactly what Mr. Biederman is about... Terrible man .. Do not work for Scott Biederman and his son Shawn Biedernan. Their office manager has Jessica has manager to altra workers time and not think twice about it. Be very careful as they promise things and don't come Thur. Moved our family form a different state and have been shorting my husband pay for past three months. We have proof and documentation for this as well has they cheat clients out of scope of work or charge for materials not used. Pics and proof of this as well. Please just be careful before working or doing any kind of business with this awful people. #SCICoatingsCrooks?

one building fine , they failed to take off the old roof completely as per the contract and the roof has over 250 blisters on it now 2 years later. Southern coating repaired 5 blisters 1 x 6 months after new roof was complete, but when they came back over the entire roof they said "sue me" and will not return calls, will not service the leaks from the blisters , will not honor the 15 year warranty. owner Scott Biderman makes us stories that the roof has been intentionally damaged... crazy talk, who would do this to your own roof! buyer beware. nice guy while taking the order , if a problem arises he becomes a different man. zero character. save yourself this project cost $70,000 and is worthless. call me for pictures videos of roof. buyer beware , i hate to see this happen to anyone else. bruce 954-461-6919
