They were very professional, but they were very expensive that's why we didn't go with them.

No response received to multiple requests for an appointment. Provider must be too busy to provide estimates and schedule new jobs.

They are an excellent company, they are coming out tomorrow to install. They put on high impact windows then, and we have tree more to do so they are coming out to finish the job. They are installing three high impact windows and building up a wall to put the windows in. I have no complaints, only thing it does take them a while but that's good because they are a very busy company. they have a lot of jobs. They are here when you want them to be, they call and keep you up to date with the installation and that sort of thing. We first started in December with them and because of the holidays this was the first opportunity they had. Everybody is great, I mean same day. When they call and say they will be here at this time, they are here at that time or earlier.

I would recommend SFWD.  We had our whole house done with impact windows, including a double French door in the back with glass side lights to replace and old slider.  We also had a French door installed on the side door and a 6-panel door in the front.  We had a couple of hiccups with licensing and permits, but it worked out in the end.  The installers were great and did a wonderful job.

Since it was a 203K loan there was a lot of paperwork to be done with deadlines and structured payment schedules.  Mark and Hana were great getting everything to us in time, and were flexible with us paying 50% up front and 50% at the end.

I'm very happy with them. The thing that I like best about them, when they come in here to do the job, they treat your property with respect. They just don't tear the whole place up and make a huge mess and then go home. They clean up behind themselves. They show up when they say they're going to show up. Their staff is friendly.

It took a couple of weeks longer than was initially expected but I'm assuming that was due to PGT and not South Florida W&D. The owner was very helpful and appeared appreciative of the business. They offered options and responded quickly to all my queries.

They came out and gave a free estimate which was very competitive. They promised PGT windows which are superior and they had done quite a few homes in the neighborhood so I hired them. The windows came in within the 3 week time frame they estimated and were installed within a day or two of them receiving them. The windows and doors appear to work flawlessly and make a huge difference in my home. Mary and the owner and Hana were all great to deal with. Very professional and they followed through on their promises promptly. They handled all the designs and drawings for permits with the city and had someone from their staff there during the city inspection. The real test came when after the windows had passed inspection I noticed a crack in a small bathroom window. I was worried because I had already paid everything and the inspection had passed. I sent them an e-mail photo of the crack and they diagosed a stress fracture. I was informed that this was was covered under the warranty for one year. Hana made several calls to PGT to have them repair the window in time for my upcoming closing on my home est came when

They did an excellent job. The owner (Mark) has been operating his business for more than 20 years (plus another 10 working for others beforehand) and it shows. He took the time to answer all my questions, gave me an all-in number which included permitting, etc. They used a sub contractor to do the actual install, but he told me (ahead of time - before I paid) that they only use a few so he knows them well, and they did an excellent job. Following the installation, he sent out one of his guys to check the contractors' work and that person was also there when the city inspector arrived. All the work checked out fine and the job passed inspection on the first check. The contractors were very professional and they got the whole job done in 2 days. Mark sent a second sub-contractor (one guy - also very professional) to do the dry wall and stucco/cement work after the installation was completed. This guy was very skilled and also did a great job. Took him about 1/2 a day to do everything. It took 6 weeks before the work started (Mark told me it would be 4-6 before everything was in), but once the work began, it was all done in about 8 days; 2 for the doors and windows, stucco guy came out two days later (for 1/2 a day), then SFWD inspector for final touch-ups and work review, then city inspector (with SFWD inspector as well). All components were PGT. I did get a few quotes that were a little cheaper, but this guy really impressed me with his knowledge, and he took the time to really answer all my questions and let me understand the process. I will definitely use them again (I still have a few sliding doors that I haven't replaced yet).

They were very thorough. They were good at going above and beyond the code. They were very nice and they acted very professional. They were always wearing a uniform, so it was very easy to identify them. The company itself is quite good.

THE EXPERIENCE WAS FINE. THEY WERE PROMPT TO RESPOND TO OUR NEEDS. THEY FINISHED INSTALLING THE WINDOWS IN TWO DAYS. THEY WORKED EFFICIENTLY AND NEATLY. THE PRICE THEY QUOTED WAS THE PRICE WE PAID.
