Perfect, from beginning to the end of the project we were assisted by Ricardo Marques, owner of Solid Ground Flooring. His professional knowledge of the materials were impressive. In addition he showed great organizational skills, not only was he a superb supervisor of the project but he also sent his installers Jusenil and Robson who showed teamwork at its best. Knowledgeable, always respectful, always helpful and of course always punctual. The work was done in the projected time and the rooms looked beautiful and the entire workplace was left in excellent clean condition. We chose the materials from Floors direct, a company with an incredible selection and most polite sales representatives. We can more than highly recommend Ricardo Marques, Solid Ground Flooring. The project went great. Met with Ricardo who was a big help in deciding what options were right for us and 6 days later they were done . Had a terrific installation team. They were profesdional quick, skilled and polite. Super job all the way around. Do yourself a favor and hire these guys.

Solid Ground Flooring did an outstanding job on this project. I needed 1500 sq ft of vinyl plank installed. The work was done within the promised time frame and the contractors were very punctual and professional. In addition, Ricardo was very responsive and knowledgeable regarding the type of flooring that would work best for my family and lifestyle. Would highly recommend!

Ricardo's crew was very, very professional, personable and highly educated in the produce and it installation with extra sound proofing. Clean, neat and responsive to all concerns. Where there when they said they would be and worked with the condo association to make everything run smoothly. I cannot recommend them highly enough, I would use them again in a second.

Overall, the project went very well. Ricardo was able to work with our availability and get the job done as soon as possible. The only hitch was having to order more materials and then schedule the remainder of the installation. This was tricky because of our painter's schedule.

After inquiring through several companies, Solid Ground Flooring offered the most reasonable price and best product options. From start to finish, Ricardo was always available and flexible with questions, scheduling, and worked with me to stay within my budget. The crew arrived exactly on dates/times as scheduled, and worked quickly and professionally. They were careful moving my furniture and cleaned up very well after the carpet removal and new installation. I was also very pleased with the look of the wood-look LVT tiles they carry. My floors look great. They were a big improvement over the last flooring company I used where the workmanship was not quality and I had to watch them constantly. I highly recommend Solid Ground Flooring and would hire them again.

Ricardo and his team were quick and professional. They came in over the weekend, ripped up commercial carpeting, and laid down vinyl flooring. It looks wonderful, and we could have not asked for a better crew!

Ricardo from Solid Ground Flooring went out of his way to accommodate our schedule, even coming in the evening to evaluate the project and produce his estimate. The main reason I am writing this review is my amazement with the professional approach from Start. From pricing the job, the installation to the follow up. The installers arrived at 830am ready to work. What I expected to day 2 to 3 days , took them one ! We have had our floors replaced 4 times since purchasing the house many years ago. All the others companies took days to complete the job. The others installers did not do the transitions well nor did they take care with the door jams. We did have to touch up one door. I would highly recommend and definitely use again. In fact. I called Solid Ground Flooring the other day to fix the flooring installed by another company in a different room that is coming up. I am sure they will be able to fix the others mistake

Outstanding from start to finish. With wise guidance, we had coquina stone flooring removed from the house we purchased. Ricardo and his team masterfully installed beautiful wood flooring. We also remodeled the guest bathroom and Ricardo installed porcelain tile on the floor and shower area. The finished results are beautiful - quite a transformation! We will happily work with Ricardo again for the master bedroom and bathroom remodel. We can trust him, his work is outstanding and he does what he says he will do. Beautiful attention to detail. Could not recommend him any more highly.

I don’t have words to describe this company ,I had a very bad experience before with wood floors with a not reliable company in SF. Solid Ground Flooring was professional,knowledgeable,price was fair ,job done in a clean manner my house was not upside down with dusty.Very experienced and all my friends I refer they are very pleased too .
