 + -1 moreI performed a public inquiry of the company with the State of Florida, Department of State, Division of Corporation web site (http://www.sunbiz.org/corpweb/inquiry/cormenu.html). I found out the company was administratively dissolved because the owner allowed his license to lapse.
Description of Work: I used Service Magic to obtain qualified contractors for a faux painting project for my home. The service identified Sherman Faux Design LLC as the only "qualified contractor". I left a message and immediately was contacted by Mr. Sherman who was not aware that his company has license problems (see below).
