He is always on time.  If there is something wrong they call and check with me before they do anything about it.  They are very good and work with me with price.  They are very, very good.  I have been using them for over twenty years.  They come every Monday.  They are reliable, they are trustworthy, you don't have to worry about anything missing from your backyard.  They work with you and they are here when they are supposed to be here.  If I call them and say I am going to have a party and want the pool to look good over the weekend they will come in and adjust the schedule accordingly.  What else can you want?  Every time I have had a complaint they have been here fixing. I have an open pool and I am on a lake and I had a snapping turtle swimming in the pool  I called them, they were out here that afternoon moving the turtle back to the lake.  If I need something they are here.  They have never been more than 24 hours in response.  If I need someone out here immediately most of the time I get someone out here immediately.  I have no complaints at all.  They are professional.

Called for service of an automatic pool sweep/cleaner that they had sold and installed. Was told someone would call me. Never did. Called back and they said they'd have the pool cleaner individual pick up the unit on his normal weekly route. He took unit and never heard back from anyone. Called and was told someone would get back to me. No one did. Presently trying to retrieve the unit which is still in their possession.
