We have wanted to have a pool since we bought our house over three years ago. We called several companies and all of them told us that the project cannot be done because our proximity to the water and that the backyard was too small. They told us that we will have to move the retaining wall in order to make room for the pool and that was gonna cost a lot of money to do so. We did more research and decided to call Seacrest Pools. Bill the owner came and after surveying the property he told us that even though we had some challenges we Were still able to have a nice size pool without having to move the retaining wall. He was very knowledgeable and answer all our questions. Three months later we had our pool done. Our backyard has transformed into our little piece of paradise thanks to Seacrest Pools. Everyone from the engineer to customer service were amazing. Marissa on the phone always ready to answer all your questions or any problems that you have she is amazing as well we highly recommend Seacrest Pools to anyone who is looking to get a new pool or a remodel.

Wow wow wow I wish I could leave a 50 star review but 5 is. the max here. This is the best company to work with in South Florida. They have created a beautiful backyard for us. On-time and on-budget. It was such a pleasure to work with Seacrest pools. Every time we had a question they helped us immediately. Marissa was so sweet and professional helping us with the tile selection and with all the changes. She was responsive, caring just a pleasure to work with. I am a realtor and renovate homes. I have had 3 pools built from scratch and remodeled 4 others. Seacrest Pools has been my best contractor I have ever used in 25 years. The use their own long time employees for 80% of the work and long time subcontractors for the rest. They built us a beautiful show piece pool , earlier than expected and at a very fair price. Everyone from the owner, Bill, Thiago who are hands on coming to the job site often, to Marissa in the office that helped us through the whole process and every employee, too many to mention were always friendly, and worked extremely hard to finish our pool. They were all quick to answer any inquiries I had during construction and even after being paid in full came back a couple of times to make some small items perfect for us. I insist on all work I have done to be 100% and I do not recommend many contractors but I highly recommend Seacrest Pools and would trust them 100% on any of my future pools or for any of my Real estate customers.

Seacrest Pools did an amazing job from start to finish they were on the job working till everything was done exactly as they said it would be, I’ve built 3 pools and Seacrest is by far the best! Bravo to Bill and his team of professionals. PS when You build a pool with this company, Bill the owner, is on the job or reachable throughout the process NO salesmen making promises that never materialize. In July, my wife and I started our search for a pool company to get some ideas, and quotes to see if this would be the best fit for our family. Right away, we knew Seacrest Pools was for us, and we never turned back. They truly made us feel as though we were their only clients through this whole process, and kept us informed the entire time. Each, and every person at Seacrest was amazing to work with. From our initial meeting with Bill, and having his knowledge and expertise to guide us through the process was extremely helpful. Marissa, was always so helpful and kind with taking our phone calls, or making changes to our plans, she went above and beyond. Thiago and his construction team, was one and a million. My wife and I both work from home, and have two little boys, and they were all very patient and kind with them, knowledgeable, cleaned up, and so friendly. We couldn’t have chosen a better company to make our vision a reality, and so lucky we did. Thank you for everything!

We decided to work with Seacrest after interviewing 3 pool companies. Their price was fair, we liked their responsiveness and what was offered in the contract- the details in what’s included can vary a little in pool contracts. We felt most comfortable moving forward with Bill. He provided a schedule for the overall project and what to expect weekly and emailed us what was coming up each week especially any variations. We worked closely with Marissa as well on finalizing the design and choosing the pool finish and tile. The schedule slipped about a month which was anticipated because of coordinating inspections between phases and scheduling subcontractors for certain tasks. Overall a great experience! We highly recommend Seacrest Pools, Inc!

I am so happy I went with Seacrest pools. Bill and Melissa helped my dream come to a reality. No other pool company would listen to what I wanted..they all only offered pavers. I wanted poured concrete with a wood-look tile and they helped me to achieve the EXACT result I wanted. I could not recommend them any more! Bill, the owner, showed quickly and on time. He was very knowledgeable about his trade and discussed what was needed to be done and all available options. We had a large crack in the pool that was leaking. He not only just repaired what was wrong, but referred us to someone who could stabilize the pool deck with pilings so that this wouldn't happen again. We then had the pool resurfaced, new tile work, and had a sun shelf built. We were extremely happy with the service from beginning to end.

We used Seacrest Pools based on a recommendation from our GC who was renovating our home. And I am very very pleased that we acted on our GC's recommendation. This was our first pool, so we had to lean on Seacrest Poos for their advice and expertise. Seacrest Pools, led by Bill Carey, exceeded all our expectations. We were pleased with the design process, during which we were given several CAD drawings to help settle on a final design. Seacrest Pool managed the permitting process. Hassle free for us. The pool was built within budget and within the agreed timeline. The outcome is a beautiful pool that we are now thoroughly enjoying. I highly and without reservation recommend Seacrest Pools to anyone wanting to build/install a pool. You wont be disappointed.

The remodel process went great. We were having the indoors remodeled at the same time and Seacrest Pools started much later than the company remodeling indoors and finished months before the other company as well. The owner, Bill, was very honest and did not try to upsell my dad on things that were not necessary, which I appreciated.

Seacrest Pools did a fantastic job on our new pool in Boca. Bill was a pleasure to work with, and expertly managed the construction process. Alyssa did a terrific job with the design, and provided us with beautiful color renderings that helped us visualize the final product. They took our ideas and wishes to heart, and the end result is an amazing new pool. The process began in January and was completed within three months, as promised. Not only did they complete on time, but also within budget and without any surprises. I would highly recommend Seacrest Pools. They really delivered, and we could not be happier. Thanks!

Once we selected Seacrest, the build started in September of 2016. We were provided a clear timeline, next steps and got constant updates without us having to chase them down. Communication was outstanding. The crew on site kept things around the house tidy even though there had to be a lot of heavy equipment there, all helpful in keeping my neighbors and HOA off my back. I would say the biggest selling factor of Seacrest initially was the personal attention we got from the team, including the owner. We didn't feel like just another number that they had to juggle among 100 other pools. And that personal touch continued throughout the build. The owner was out there all the time and we felt very comfortable with his attention to detail. We are honestly very picky, looking for perfection...and it was almost a relief not having to worry once we saw the quality coming out of them with the owner on top of it all. Work was completed on time, on budget. Result is amazing. We have had many parties at the house since the new pool was done, and everyone coming over is blown away by the resort-like pool that Seacrest built. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

It went very well. Seacrest did a fabulous job and came in right on budget. They also finished my pool in a shorter amount of time than I was expecting and it came out great! I would recommend Seacrest to anyone, they did a fabulous job.

They blow you off and ignore your calls! When they take your calls they tell you they will call you back to set an appt then disappear ! They build crappy pool decks, find a company that actually backs their work!

"Whenever you're in business, there's always a chance that someone will say something about you that is not true, and that is the case here. We built this pool for the previous homeowner several years ago and when [Member Name Removed] contacted us, we explained that the equipment was no longer under warranty. We replied that we would be glad to come out and address the problem but there would be a service charge to do this. Obviously, this is not what he wanted to hear. We never did any work for [Member Name Removed] and he was never one of our customers. Bill and his team at Seacrest were wonderful to work with. We were not living in Florida during the construction, but he kept us updated regularly (often with pictures!) and let us know when we needed to make decisions to keep construction moving along. Even when some issues -- no fault of Seacrest's -- with scheduling inspections came up during construction, they handled the issues professionally and with minimal hassle on our part. The finished pool and patio are beautiful. We've received many compliments on it and love using it. Bill is great to work with, and I highly recommend Seacrest Pools.

Seacrest Pools completed an in ground rectangular shaped 15' x 30' pool with decking in our back yard in January of 2013. The owner, Bill Carey, is a very honest and hardworking individual who came out to give us an estimate in the fall of 2012 and his daughter, Jordan, took me around to see quite a few samples of their work in progress as well as completed projects so that I could get a good idea about their work. I got at least 3 other estimates and even though they were not the cheapest, I decided to go with Seacrest Pools based on their knowledge and workmanship. There were a few "bumps" along the way (as with any large construction project), but Bill took care of them in a timely manner and came through in the end with a beautifully completed pool. He even came back a few months later and replaced the cartridge in our pool filter because it was clogged up during the acid wash process and needed to be replaced. I would highly recommend Seacrest Pools.
