I have been a faithful customer to Sabrinas Atlantic for 3 yrs. The man that came to my home could not speak English very well so communicating with him was near impossible. He power wash frame on my screen patio and took off a lot of the paint. Patio floor has lightly power washed and left ground in dirt. Paid $109.00 to have a wall of mirror and glass shelves cleaned which he didn't even do. I notice it after he left and called office. Because I was having hip surgery the next week I schedule after I had some PT. Call an scheduled appt.so mirror wall could be done. The day before appt. I called Sabrinas Altanic to

Poorly run company with low life techs that look homeless at best. Scheduled us, didn't show up and than allowed tech to continue at another home rather than take care of us, a valued customer. I will never recommend nor use again. Learn to run your business properly and send clean techs to nice homes!

"I apologize that the technician went to the wrong job by accident, unfortunately they are human and mistakes do happen, it shouldn't of happened but he made an honest mistake, we would of tried to rectify the issue that day but your husband started counting backwards from 10, threatened to ruin us or have us closed down and then called the girl on the phone some pretty explicit names. That kind of verbal abuse to our employees is 100% uncalled for, never should anyone speak to another person like that. I understand that this is a very stressful time we live in and we sometimes let small things get the best of us, but calling people homeless low life's (I'm not sure how you can say the technicians look homeless when you also say they didn't show up to your home?) and your husband calling the young girl in the office a STUPID F$&*#ING C@%T is really unacceptable and uncalled for. We do appreciate all of our customers and we are a customer service driven business, so we again apologize for the mistake, and wish you the best. have a great day !"
