Everything went well. He even assisted in diagnosing the roof leak (which at the time was still ongoing).

We first meet Rupert when he finished installing a laminate floor we had already purchased and had partially installed with another company who did a poor job. We where so happy with him and his willingness to work around our schedule that we have use him multiple times again. We removed the popcorn on our ceiling throughout the house our self and he smoothed them and got them ready for us to paint. We also had him come back and paint our kitchen when we got tired of paining our house. Then a year latter when we where ready to replace all our old windows we worked with him again. We are currently this year working with him to re-due or mater bath. It has been great working with someone who is willing to let us do part of the remolding projects and then finish what is beyond our skills. We also trust his judgement and advice on projects.

He was great. He was A across the board. He was very professional.

Overall, it went very smooth. They know their stuff. They worked closely with my wife and I to make sure we got the fixtures, tile, tub, toilet, vanity and other sundry items that we needed. Craig even met us at the granite yard to help us find the right slab for our vanity top. I think it took maybe two weeks total calendar time to complete the job. Oh, and their drywall guy is excellent! I am very pleased with the overall outcome of the job. I would definitely use them again.

It was a great experience. This group left the house clean everyday. They were quick to respond with both my quotes and my work. They tried to work around my schedule as I travel frequently and work from home. While here they managed to check off things from my honey do list that I could get help for. Truly made good use of time. Work completed on time, within budget. This is a company that exceeded my expectations.
