The furniture was nice, the mattress was real comfortable but the box spring had a big red stain on it. They switched that out and told me they could deliver the new box spring during the evening. I had already told them that I could not do night time deliveries because of my job. Rooms to Go does not guarantee a certain delivery time. They said that it was only a preference that I could put down. So I kept cancelling until the right time frame that I request was offer, so that it would not be when I was at work. That is the worst thing I have ever heard of. The sale person was ok until the delivery, that was a nightmare. I do not understand why they can not guarantee a time frame. The company is right across the street from me. The person scheduling the deliveries, Ulanda, told me that if the delivery was that important to me then I should request the day off from work. I have never heard of a company suggesting something like this. It was absurd. They called this morning and delivered it during the time frame that I requested. I have no idea why they would not say that they could provide this service during the time I requested.
