At first, the hurricane shutters were not passing inspection, but the company was going through a rough time getting everything done after going through hurricane damage themselves. Finally, they came out and took down the entire system, put it up again with an even better system that was unavailable a year ago. It was clearly a good system. They gave me a great discount. When the shutters were installed, I had to put in a new door to my pool enclosure. They paid for the new door because they said it should have been explained to me, and so they took care of it. They have been totally honorable, and totally responsible. I would definitely give them an A!
