The project took over 10 months, when I called the office they were surprised to learn no one had come yet, neighbors who went to contract after I did had their work completed months before me. The roof leaked, and they failed several inspections. It was an awful experience.

I would not recommend this company. Work was contracted in January 2006 and not completed until October 2006. The roof failed inspection on three different occasions, mostly due to shoddy work. Several leaks appeared and the damage, as of yet, has not been repaired by this company. Additionally, the communication between the office staff and field workers is at best deplorable. Mr. Bennett should take a step back and look at how his roofing business is being run and make every effort to reinstate the pride and workmanship that distinguished his company from others.

I THINK THAT THERE NEEDS TO BE SOME IMPROVEMENT IN THE COMMUNICATION BETWEEN THEIR MANAGEMENT AND WORK CREW. THEY ARE A REPUTABLE COMPANY. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM TO OTHERS.
