Moving
They were very prompt but I didn't get a lot of my belongings back from the move. They wouldn’t return my calls to get my stuff back either.

It was a horrific experience. After arriving, the moving guys backed their truck onto my lawn without my permission and broke a sprinkler head. The packers were sloppy in the way they packed. Some of the stuff in the living room ended up in the bathroom in Texas. After the truck was packed, they tried to nudge the guaranteed price up by another $2000, even though they had already come out and physically done a survey beforehand. They didn't label the boxes very well so it was hard to keep track of things. They lost my 8 ft ladder. I called the corporate office and spoke with them about my horrific pick up experience. When my items arrived, my moving guys were a little better. While they were moving stuff into my new home, they broke a lamp and some of my lawn equipment. This was, without a doubt, the absolute worst moving experience I've ever had, hands-down. After I told the corporate office about how I was missing items and how things are broken, all they said was "Sorry." I spoke with Michelle, the moving crew manager, about the ladder, and she was supposed to follow up with me last Monday; I still haven't heard from her.

Horrible! Driver showed up alone with 18 wheeler at 7pm (after Rhino's office closed, so he could do anything he wanted) and started by saying that he could not get the truck in the street (had checked before hiring them with local police and city gov who said there was no problem for 18 wheelers to maneuver). The driver proceeded to be rude and yell that there would be an additional charge of $250 to unload truck in the street and bring items via dolly. Payment had to be cash or he would leave with my stuff. I had originally paid for them to deliver to the attic of the home. Between cigarette breaks and taking his sweet time, the driver just unloaded the stuff to the house's first floor and it was 10pm and had to leave, leaving me with a mess of boxes and furniture on the first floor. He said he would come back the next day with 2 people between 9 and 10. Never showed up. A call to Rhino and they said they were not aware of the mess but would send 2 guys later, but I was not available due to doctor's appt. So I ended up hiring help to take my stuff to the attic.
After writing them a complaint letter demanding reimbursement for the services they should have performed and the service the driver should have never charged me for, Rhino sided with the driver and was ok with him showing up alone, which is why he could not maneuver the rig and finish the delivery on time. They were also ok with him being rude and yelling. They refused to reimburse the fees charged for the upstairs delivery, which they never did, and refused to reimburse for the un-necessary fee of $250 for the truck not fitting the street (which was a blatant lie).
Hire this company at your own risks, they will change terms on you and hold your items hostage on the truck until you pay cash for whatever their driver decides to charge you.
Beware, they are Rhinos so they bully and gore their customers...
