could have done a better work on one property I managed.

The quality of the work was very poor. We had agreed to pay 250$ per tree for trimming thinking that they would actually get trimmed back (we were expecting a truck maybe?) in the end there were two guys who climbed up the tree and took down dead branches. We complained, they came back to cleaned up the tree a little more and that was it. A waste of money. We had also agreed on a having a tree planted. When it came the time to pay, I remembered him having quoted one price, he obviously remembered a different and higher price. I paid the higher price just to avoid the headache. If you use this service make sure you have everything in writing, including a description of what the service will be. Oh, and for a little bit of extra irritation, I had ordered one type of tree. I was sent a text back saying that I was having a different tree installed. I did not reply to the text as I did not see it. Yet, the other tree was ordered, I left it alone as the headache of the trimming was enough for me. Yet, it is indicative of the type of service: a different tree was ordered without my explicit agreement. I would not recommend this provider. As a paying customer, I like to get what I pay for, not a different service or a different tree. Still, if you insist on using them make sure to have everything in writing.
