I know that tile roofs are more expensive than shingle roofs, but I was pretty surprised by how much R P M Roofing wanted for ours. I will say that they were professional in their presentation and came right away to do the estimate. It was just too expensive for me.

The work started exactly on time,the job site was very clean and the people that did the job were nice and polite.I can't find a single fault with the job.

To make a long story short, this company was hired but never fixed the two leaks on my roof. They came initially to fix the leaks, but the first time it rained, everything still leaked like nothing had been done. They came back again to fix the leaks, but when it rained again, one of the leaks still leaked like nothing had been done. They left broken tiles on the roof, that were never replaced. They never came back to fix the second leak and never returned my calls. After complaining, they say they had me scheduled for another repair but no one ever let me know or showed up to do the repairs. I contacted the company again and complained and wanted to speak to the owner. He never responded and only did after I contacted the BBB. In the meantime, the first leak started to leak again. The repairs were never done properly, they took my money and accused me of not having the facts right. I felt very used by this company and will never use them again or recommend them to anyone.

THIS COMPANY DID WONDERFUL WORK, BUT IT TOOK THEM MORE THAN A WEEK TO GET TO OUR ROOF. WE PAID MORE THAN I THOUGHT WE SHOULD HAVE TO FOR THE REPAIRS. THE GOOD THING IS WE DO NOT HAVE ANYMORE LEAKS.

WE WERE VERY SATISFIED WITH THEIR SERVICES. WHEN THE LAST HURRICANE CAME WE WERE HAPPY CAUSE OUR ROOF STAYED ON AS THE OTHERS TOOK OFF. THEY WERE GREAT.
