We had Cesar come over to perform several repairs over the period of a week.
We needed a bedroom/bathroom painted, we needed several drywall holes (from a plumbing repair job) repaired, and about 8 large cracked ceramic tiles (general flooring) and 2 small cracked ceramic tiles (bathroom) replaced. The ceramic tiles were replaced using the cutting machine (lots of dust) and matched up the molding color close to the existing. The tiles used in the bathroom were discontinued, so he hunted down a very close match in Miami, and it was replaced well. He patched up all of the holes in the walls and sprayed the knockdown. It looks fine.
The bedroom painting went better than expected; we had the walls deliberately painted 2 different colors and his edge lines are quite precise, which is very pleasing.
I would recommend them again for these jobs.
