Shore Dr.We purchased a Trane A/C unit model # XL19 from Quality First approximately 6 years ago for $8000.00.  A year ago the system stopped cooling. Quality First responded and the Technician intstalled freon at a cost of $400.00. This past February the unit stopped cooling again. Quality First responded and said the coil had to be replaced. The cost was approximately $1200.00. Last Memorial Day the system again stopped cooling. Quality First responded and at first said they had no record of my account or any activity. They finally stated that the inside coil needed to be replaced at a cost of $650.00.Their Service Manager Troy was belligerent, unresponsive and unprofessional. I have since hired another A/C serviceman who fixed the system. It was not necessary to replace the inside coil and he tells me that Quality First never registered the inside air handler for Trane's warranty. I would never buy another Trane product and I would never do business with Quality First.

Blower motor in central A/C unit that they sold us stopped working. Had a five year warranty on part and two years on labor. Three months past the labor warranty expired the blower stopped working. Sent repairman to house to diagnose the problem ($79.00 charge) and determined that the unit needed a new blower motor. No charge for part, but the labor would be $390.00. Had no choice to replace the motor and no idea what was involved. Came back next day and replaced defective motor. Took 35 minutes and charged me $390.00 plus $79.00 already. After the fact, I checked around and was quoted $90-$150.00 for the labor. Manufacturer  would supply the part to any Rheem dealer. It is a shame that I now have changed to another HVAC shop after I spent over $8,000 on TWO central A/C units from Quality First. The second unit that I purchased still has a few months left on warranty, and as soon as the labor portion expires I will use another vendor.

They showed up on time.  They did a good job.  When I had issues, they came right back.  I was satisfied with them.

Showed up when promised and finished job in one day. Provided extended warranty on new unit and also service contract for unit they installed last year. Have two systems from this contractor. They have been responsive and prompt in solving problems that  have occurred in past.

They are reliable, they show up when they say they will and they give detailed explanations of what they find. They give me options on what to fix and the price ranges for the work. I am satisfied with them and would use them again.
