We hired Protective Shutter Systems to install hurricane shutters on 2 condominiums. We researched many companies, but this company stood out. The rep scheduled a convenient time to meet with us, discussed their products, showed us samples, and explained the entire process so we'd feel comfortable. It wasn't long after we hired them (there was no sales pressure used). They were honest, reliable and had a background of excellence. Once we signed the docs and provided a 30% down payment, they got the permits, which took 3 weeks because of the city's delay, but they kept us up to date on the status. On the day of installation, the installers were very courteous and respectful of our home. More importantly, their work was superb - high quality installation and attention to details. Great products (thankfully haven't had to use this year yet). The inspectors came out & approved the shutters. We are very pleased with this company, and feel safe knowing they installed our shutters.
