The contractor hired was awful. It was a reno nightmare that we would never want to repeat. Things that had to be redone more than once - some included are - electric, ceilings were a wavy mess and had to be done several times and finally by a person we hired , lights, light switches, plumbing in the laundry room installed in the wrong location, installation of the dishwasher pipe which flooded the kitchen, stove was too far out, refrigerator encasement was 6 inches too far to the right. Wrong cabinet style doors -reordered and a couple of months to get, wrong island color, re grouted the floor in spots - still uneven and holes now, uneven installed cabinet door, wall uneven and bowing out was put up by contractor. Quartz was delivered chipped and corners were cut at excessively bad angles and will never be perfect and island was repaired several times. Had to replace a half of piece of quartz. Permits were not submitted in a timely manner because the city was on point and efficient and quick. We had one person doing work in our kitchen for over 4 months most of the time. This reno took about 8 months and it took several months to get them to start, I believe almost a year. We were put thru so much stress. Stress of "what mistake will they make next". Finishes were "less than perfect" and some not done at all. They expected us to fix the floor to the wall "they" removed. When we said no they hired someone who made a mess of the wood floors in that area and we had to hire someone else. So many problems and so many mistakes that had to be corrected more than once and sometimes twice. We are left numb. And disappointed in what we see....ceilings that are uneven around the parameters and no molding around the top of our cabinets, a door that is crocked and a wall that is so bad. Finishes that just are not up to par. We do like the quality of the cabinets, and the design we deigned ourself and they put it on paper so we are happy with the design idea. I even designed the island and fixed the issues with installation on the molding at the bottom because they could not come up with an idea that look good. You need to make sure that you have them write SPECIFIC EXACT instructions on every aspect to include every molding, trim, finish, so there will be no "that wasn't included on the drawing" We had backup, but when the doors were not what we ordered, we had to prove they weren't. It was such a frustrating and stressful experience. The contractors he hired were less than professional and their finishes were subpar.

Brad and his team did an AMAZING job on our kitchen renovation. From the design, to building the custom cabinets, to the demolition, plumbing and electrical work, to the install and finishing touches. His crew was clean and tidy, efficient and experienced. I could not have asked for a better experience and absolutely fantastic result. Our new kitchen is everything we hoped it would be and more.
