"I'm sorry sir, I think you're making a mistake, I'm sure my company never cleaned your place before.I will give you a few reasons: We are a team of three and not two persons.I never charge amounts like that: $186, $187, $392 .... I always charge whole amounts like: $185,$195,$250,$300...I charge by job,I don't work by the hour, and if I were to charge per hour it would never happen in my company two people work eight hours to earn only $ 186, it is impossible .I am sure that you never contacted my company before to do any kind of work."

Carla and her team were very professional and quoted a fair price for the cleaning service needed on our home. We needed both deep cleaning services in our bathrooms and laundry areas. They also completed post construction clean up after a small renovation in our kitchen and our floors. The team arrived on time, were very thorough in our walk through before the job started - and when they did start they were very diligent with every nook and cranny. We are considering Prime Quality Cleaning for our monthly cleaning.

Carla and her crew did an amazing job.
The house was left extremely dirty by the previous tenants.
Carla showed up on time with a crew of 4, and deep cleaned every square inch of the house.
By the time they finished, the house was spotless and smelling great!
I highly recommend her service!

Carla and her crew are AMAZING! I am very particular and got really lucky to find her, especially after experiencing a couple of duds.
Because I am in and out of town, my schedule is unpredictable. Carla is very flexible. I will give her advance notice and her crew arrives on time and knocks the job out. They are very professional and do a fantastic job. During the first cleaning, I was a little worried (as I always am because I am very picky and particular). Carla has exceeded my expectations!

I am EXTREMELY particular when it comes to cleaning, and I am absolutely impressed by their attention to detail, thoroughness, professionalism and work ethic. They are always on time and have never missed a single appointment in the 3 months they have been working for me. And aside from the cleaning aspect, I completely trust Carla and Junior to be in my home when I am not. They are just good, trustworthy people, and that is hard to find these days. Give them the opportunity and you will not be disappointed - and you will save yourself hours' worth of cleaning! Initially they came out and did a good job on the first deep cleaning which cost $200. We agreed on a specific day and time for return visits every 2 weeks for a price of $100. Unfortunately due to personal issues, they changed our visit date on multiple occasions and missed several visits. Very nice people, but I would not use or recommend them as their personal family issues seem to be effecting the quality and reliability of their work.

"Hi! Nice to see another review from you.As you said in the another review, we always arrived on time,but when we see that for some reason we'll be late we call to the client and let him know before. Unfortunately the personal problems that you mentioned above was my car stolen (you know,because I talked about it with you and all my clients when it happened). We were working in only one car until I buy another one,this is the reason why I changed the cleaning a few times and always called you before, but never missed one. And unfortunately, the family problems that you also mentioned above, were health problems with the father of my partner, for this reason he had to be away for a few days to make a trip,so I had to cancel some clients but I called you before and you did not answer,when you called me back it was already the day of the cleaning,and then you told me was fine wait another two weeks, this was the first and only time we missed.When was close to the next cleaning I called several times for you two and both ignored my text messages and voicemail and never called me back. You forgot to mention that,taking our motives,you also changed the day of the cleaning and even canceled at the last minute simply because neither of you two were at home to open the door for us and forgot the cleaning,and I do not even mind about it,understood perfectly. That's good that we have many clients who understand our difficulties and care about us. Sorry for the long answer, my intention here was only to clarify things and resolve the misunderstanding. I met Vancarla and Junior almost 1 year ago- they did a walk through and gave me a fair price for a once a month cleaning job. i was so impressed by the level of care and detail they put into my home that i use them every 2 weeks! They are responsible, courteous and do an amazing job! Junior is my favorite. He pays attention to detail, is friendly and fair. He does a wonderful job cleaning my home!

Very good work. They did deep cleaning, which they spent 4.5 hours. the initial cleaning was $200 for 3 bedroom 2.5 bath house. After that whenever they came to do routine cleaning the service was $100, which was about 2 and a half hours. I would recommend them for anyone doing a home cleaning. They always show up on time

Overall, I find her responsive, prompt, flexible and trustworthy. We were not comfortable at first giving her access to our home when we aren't there but they have proven to be very responsible. If at anytime I give her instructions to change something, it's handled very well.

Carla promtly responded to my voicemail and we set up a time for her clean my house. She showed up ontime with a couple of her employees. They did a very through job with a full cleaning of my house. I'm very happy with the results and plan to hire her to come over monthly to clean my house.

I called on Monday and the team came to clean Friday exactly on time. They bring their own supplies and accommodated my request for certain products e.g. Vinegar for the tile floors. Carla provided an estimate based on house size but immediately noticed problem areas such as the blinds which had never been thoroughly cleaned after major interior renovations a few months ago. The blinds are white so you couldn't tell but Carla's team looks for things like that. She quoted me a price for simple dusting and another for cleaning each blind individually and I went for the latter because there is no way I will do that myself. I also requested they add cleaning the big glass doors to the pool in our LR and they are now crystal clear, enhancing the view outside and in. The full initial clean took around 3 hours for a team of 3. We've been doing it ourselves after moving in 3 months ago but the house has been in the family 55 years and I bet it's never been this clean. I waited a day to write the review to get reactions from my husband and son and they have both remarked how nice it is to have the whole house truly clean and smelling fresh! We will definitely be using Carla's services regularly and I'm relieved we found someone professional to take care of the house down here.

Claudia responded to my voicemail the same day and scheduled for estimateShe was on time for appointment, asked specifically what I needed done and set fair priceThey (Claudia and 2 other people) were on time to do the job and did a very good jobThe only reason I don't give them an A on the quality is because I would need to hire them again to do a deep cleaning to rate that type of job. Spoke to Carla on a Wednesday and scheduled an estimate for Thursday and she arrived on time and we negotiated a price of $200 and what that would include. We have a 2/2 home and didnt need the bedrooms done, but wanted the kitchen, baths and living room done. This was basically a spring cleaning type of thing, as we hadn't dusted in awhile.
We have alot of small pics on the walls and several shelves with lots of knicknacks and crap my wife won't get rid of. LOL We also have a table that just holds individual picture frames and there has to be 20 of them on there. The kitchen also has lots of stuff on the countertops as well.
She arrived with her assistant on time on Saturday and worked about 4 hours. I was not there, but my wife was. She was reluctant to have cleaners come in, but afterwards was ecstatic. She was extremely pleased with their work and gave her a $40 tip. They cleaned everything we had discussed and then some. Very efficient, hard working and professional. My wife could not say enough good things, especially since she had her doubts to begin with.
Very, very happy with their work and will definitely be having them back.

The house was cleaned to an excellent condition in the time she estimated it would take. She is very detail-oriented (as am I) and I noticed many extra little areas clean that I did not necessarily expect to be cleaned. My wife was also happy with their job, which is most important. :) We have had them come back to clean again, and the excellent quality was maintained. Very pleased with their work.
