PREMIER CHEM-DRY

Premier Chemdry came out to clean our carpets and we could not be happier!! Carpets look like and smell like new! We had a dog urine odor problem and they got the smell and stains up 100% as if they were never there!!!! The technician was very professional and explained everything to us. Will recommend them to all of our friends and family and will definitely be using them again in the future. Thanks again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I trust Chem Dry for my personal home and rental properties. Not only is the service affordable, but it leaves my units looking renewed, smelling fresh, and disinfected. We hire Premier ChemDry to come and clean our upstairs carpet and our sofa and love seat. Everything looks as good as it did when it was new!!! The technician was very knowledgeable and polite. We already have referred them to our neighbors!! Thank you very much for being such a professional company from start to finish!

It went terribly wrong. One of my sofas suffered decoloración damage. I called him in good terms to discuss the issue but he has been defensive from the first call and will not take responsibility. I would never recommend such an irresponsible company.

What a great customer experience and the work performed was excellent. The end result was amazing and the carpet was beautiful. What I appreciated was how polite and respectful the technician was. He worked really hard to ensure we would be happy. We were also able to get an appointment time that met ou needs. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for carpet cleaning. This company went way out of their way for us. When another carpet cleaning service that had been scheduled to come the day before we were moving out of our house did not show up, I frantically called this company, and Jason rearranged his technician's schedule so they could come out in the afternoon and clean our carpets before the closing date.
They did a fantastic job, got out all the stains, and the carpet look great for the new owners.
We were so impressed with the level of customer service provided by Jason at Premier Chem-Dry. Don't call any other Chem-Dry franchise...they are all independently owned and operated. This one is the very best!

for the best results they informed us they take them back to their building to clean. They told us it would take about a week. One week later they returned the rugs and they were in like new condition. Very happy with service.

It was just one person who did the job. He brought the machine in and cleaned the carpets. He didn't move anything. He did it very well. It was a great deal. He did a good job, and we do not have to wait for the carpet to dry. The price was very reasonable. He was here on time. We have two dogs and he left no spots whatsoever. He did everything nice.

They arrived on time and completed the cleaning quickly. It took a good bit longer for the carpet to dry then he said it would, although not as long as steam cleaning. Overall, I think it turned out well. One area had lots of traffic and did not come as clean as I wished, but I think it is just a wearing of the carpet.

They came out the day that I called. We had a carpet that had just been replaced. We took our chances to clean the carpets. The cleaning turned out absolutely gorgeous. They did a great job. We have an asthmatic daughter, so the cleaning was important. They did the job very quickly. We could've scheduled them to clean the carpets in the morning and had guests in the evening. It was literally that quick.

I had the carpets cleaned when I moved into my townhouse 10 years ago. Nine years ago I adopted a chow mix puppy and 7 1/2 years ago I adopted an adult male chow chow. I've experienced the usual puppy accidents, illnesses and episodes of doggy digestive upsets. In addition, both dogs love to go for walks and in Florida's weather seem to pick up muddy paws (summer) and dry dust (winter). As chows they also blow coat during the year. Add to that a few dog fights-one involving much blood and I guess you could say my carpets have been through A LOT. Although Spot Shot stain remover has been a wonderful carpet life saver, I feared having the carpets cleaned for two reasons...I was more than a little concerned about what would "come up" and I was concerned about the length of the drying time for conventional steam cleaning as I did not want the dogs on wet carpeting. But when I realized an area of carpet that appeared discolored was actually a clean spot I knew I had to move forward. I chose Chem Dry because of the shorter drying time and positive reviews. I dropped the dogs off at the groomer one morning and by the time I picked them up 5 hours later the carpets were not only dry but BEAUTIFUL. Given the length of time since the last cleaning, the dogs, foot traffic and "stuff", I really didn't have much of an expectation as to how good the carpet would look but WOW!!!! I was sooo pleasantly surprised. I've even had family and friends ask when I got the new carpet. At any rate I was very pleased and satisfied by my experience. The result was amazing, the drying time incredible and the dogs didn't have to be inconvenienced. The Chem Dry associate was punctual, business like and professional. A great experience!

Even though their responsiveness and professionalism was good and they let me know that because of my type of carpets and because the stains were old, they would probably not come out. I would say my overall experience was mediocre. They used a steam cleaner with very little soap and I think they could have gotten more out of the carpet. I would not use them again.
