"Customer purchased a deal on Angie's List for $41.00 for a service call and credit towards repairs. Customers paid $41 to Angie's List plus a credit card payment to us for $75.00 totaling final cost of $116.00. Customer first called stating that the toilet would not stop running. We replace the fill valve that continuously flowed, we monitored it for 5 mins there was no problem. Customer called back a second time claiming that it was flushing by itself so we change the flapper at no charge we and evaluated it finding tank to not be draining. Customer then called back a 3rd time and we got there to find that the tank was draining rapidly so the flush valve was replaced at no charge. This totaled in about $60 in parts alone that customer did not pay, plus three trips. Customer was only charge $75.00 for the first visit. We apologize customer is still feeling frustrated after we did a complete toilet rebuild and still claiming to have issues. We would of gladly come back to evaluate the toilet not flushing at no charge."
