Have been using them for awhile and always had to call them back. Plants died and they would not replace. Continued using them because promises to do better. Got a quote from another company and found out that I have been paying them way too much for their service. Was not happy with the owner's attitude nor the office staff. DO NOT USE is my suggestion.

I would never use this service again. I used them blindly assuming that they were knowledgeable. I was mistaken. They are prompt and do follow the schedule closely but they do not know what they are doing.
