PIP TERMITE & PEST CONTROL

They didn't get rid of the bed bugs and wouldn't stand behind their work. The PIP ad in the Yellow Pages stated they guarantee their work but that is a lie.  When I saw bed bugs very shortly after PIP had done their treatments, PIP said I would have to pay more money in order for them to come back and try to remove the bed bugs.  They also blamed me for everything rather than explaining what really needed to be done.  They also wouldn't give any of the $675 back that I had paid.  In the end I decided to go with a different company and they were professional and got rid of the bed bugs.

They have been back out 12 times.  Last time, I called them and told them I had termites again.  They never got rid of them in 4 years.  Their treatment should have good effects where the termites won't get come back.  I have got pores in the wood.  It didn't work at all.  I read it online about how it is supposed to be done.  When they come out, they are supposed to apply two coats and treat it twice.  I have had it only once and they never did the second treatment.  They only did it half way for the second treatment.  They never did get it done and it kept coming out here.  The last time I called them, they didn't come out.  It has been 3-4 months ago and I have active termites in my house.  I paid them around $1460 and never got rid of the termites.

BAD EXPERIENCE

They are a growing business. They not only do pest control but they do gutters, and garden work as well. They are very professional, and they have a good price. They do not over charge you. The day you call in the problem they come out to fix it and they won't leave until it is taken care of.

WE WERE VERY HAPPY WITH THEIR WORK. THEY WERE VERY NEAT AND CONSIDERATE. THEY DID NOT MESS UP ANYTHING IN OUR LAWN OR GARDEN. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO OTHERS.
