I was looking for a backsplash. They have a huge selection. I was overwhelmed. They took their time and helped me make a selection. I went back several times because I had additional questions and needed help. My salesman was Howard. He was patient, knowledgeable and very professional. He also has a wonderful sense of humor and made us smile. Good customer service is disappearing fast in our country, but it is alive and well at Pino Tile and Marble. You won't be disappointed.

Terrible. A representative from Napoli/Pino was here to make granite template and measure for tile backsplash above a ten foot countertop. The original estimate came in at just under $1900 and included an installation fee of $750. The tile price was $38 a sheet. I looked on line and found the same tile for $23 a sheet. My husband called the store and explained why we thought the quote was outrageous. They eventually matched the $23 per sheet price and took $150 off the installation fee. The installer arrived three and a half hours late without a phone call or apology (the same had occurred with the granite install) and the installer came up five sheets short!, I called the store twelve times and never got an answer; our salesman, Shane, was not in the directory so I could not locate him. It was 1:00 on a Saturday afternoon and the store was open, but I could not get a human to pick up the phone. The installer tried several times but could not get through either. I finally got through and was told that there was no more tile in stock so the job would be left unfinished for 5-6 more days. I was also told that I would have to sign a charge authorization for the additional tile- even though it was due to their error. I asked for a manager and got Harris. He told me he would personally handle this and he would call me first thing Monday morning after he verified that he would have the tile by Wednesday. By 4:00 Mondy afternoon I hadn't heard from him so I called him (on his "personal" cell phone number which he had given me to ensure I could get through) I got voicemail and left message. Late Tuesday afternoon I received an email from the salesperson stating that the tile had been ordered but would not be released until we paid for it. Again I called Harris' cell and got voicemail. I called the store and got voicemail as well. At this point, I will pay for the tile to get the job done, but I would caution any potential customers to get their tile elsewhere. The customer service at Pino is terrible. They were referred to me by our cabinet company and I will be sure that that company knows what an unpleasant experience it has been, as well. If you are looking for a company that is punctual and responsive to customer concerns, go elsewhere. I would never recommend them.

We had carpet installed with Pino and we had Porcelain tile installed. Both were high quality merchandise at a good price. The service of the installers was just awful. The tile job, especially was sloppy. We called them back to level the high-low effect of the tiles and they responded well. However, the entire condo unit was full of dust and residue from taking up the tile. The brand new carpet (which they put down) was never covered. Doorways were never covered and the air conditioning filter needed to be changed 5 times before all the residue stopped flying around. We even had to go in the pantry and closets to clean out all the residue. The bathrooms were never covered, as well as the windows and were filthy. The tracks of the sliders were clogged with cement. We had to mop and clean the floor at least 8 times to get all the grout off. The carpeting was well done; however, the installer was never there when he said he would be. The end result is good but Pino needs to do something about their installers!

I had to down size my office space within 20 days and needed new tile entrance laid to more. Price was important but installation was critical. Pino tile was able to accomplish the task with time to spare and this is my way of saying thank you to the company.

The people that came to put in my tile flooring that they recommended did ok, but they did not take the time to shut off my a/c and got it dirty. They were not as time efficient as they quoted. Pino's Tile and Carpet's sales people were very helpful. I was able to take samples home and make my decision. The people that they recommended for installing the carpeting were very good.

PINO TILE HAS THE WHOLE PACKAGE! THEY ARE JUST AMAZING, AND THEIR WORK CANNOT BE BEAT. I HAVE HAD THEM DO SEVERAL OTHER AREAS OF MY HOME, AND DO NOT KNOW WHY ANYONE WOULD GO ANYWHERE ELSE.

MY NEIGHBOR IS SO JEALOUS OF MY NEW FLOORING, AND I ADMIT THAT IT LOOKS GREAT. THE PEOPLE FROM PINO'S DID A SUPER JOB, FROM HELPING WITH CHOOSING THE TILE, TO INSTALLING THE FLOORING. MY CONDOMINIUM LOOKS SO DIFFERENT, AND I LOVE IT.
