My experience with Petri Pest Control was nothing short of a nightmare. The product they used was completely ineffective—not only did it fail to address the bug issue, but When I tried to cancel their service (a total of 13 times), I was ignored repeatedly. Despite my best efforts to communicate and resolve the situation, they turned around and sent me to collections without any explanation or consideration. This company doesn't care about its customers; they just want to lock you into a useless service and make money off of you. I strongly advise against using Petri Pest Control. They’re unprofessional, unresponsive, and their treatment doesn’t work

**Petri did not contact me about my experience as their post stated they would, and they have not properly answered my arbitration claim. So my initial comment is confirmed. Petri does not stand behind their work-- and given the quality of work that i received, I can understand why.** Petri does not stand behind their work. I contracted for termite tenting through Petri. They farmed it out to World Pest. World Pest tented my house with a tent from 1955 that had an 18" gash in it. My neighbors' children probably took in more Vikane than my termites. I asked for a refund, and Petri refused. They offered to tent again--with the same shredded tents, I don't think that's customer service. Admit when you have done sloppy, low quality work, and make it right! I have an open arbitration case with them seeking refund + lost costs. I wouldn't trust them to do any work for me--or my neighbors and friends.

My lawn has died under Petris care. A few years ago I had problems and they fixed it. I have been complaining since July. They send someone out only when I complain, and they tell me all the wonderful things they are going to do and then I don't see them until I complain gain. Yes they bill me $60 for each visit and my lawn continues to die. There are so many dead spots , invasive grasses and weeds are taking over. Looks like I will have to re-sod - Thanks for nothing Petris!

Petri is a company that you can trust to get the job done! I recently had my home fumigated for drywood termites. I knew I was in good hands with Petri because I had this service done 6 years ago as well. Since I maintained my yearly termite warranty I did not have to pay an additional fee. Even though I had this service in the past, I still had many questions and concerns. Lucky for me, I had both Randy and Kevin to assist me with the preparation. They answered all my many questions and put me at ease. They made this experience much less stressful for me! I am grateful for their kindness and professionalism. Petri never disappoints!

Both Justin Minos and Dakota J. were extremely thorough and professional as they inspected the exterior and interior upstairs attic for evidence of wasp nests and rodents. Justin gave us a fair estimate to seal the house which we will consider in the future. I felt confident in the services Justin and Dakota provided.

The representative called the day before the extermination to say she would be out the next day to go over what must be done prior to the extermination. I informed her I was not available at the appointed time due to a critical appointment. She asked if anyone would be there. I told her our caregiver would be there but she knew English was not his first language. She went over what needed to be done but he did not understand. The exterminators came the next day and threw out food from the refrigerator onto the front lawn. I was not made aware until two days later. Vermin had gotten into the food, including a frozen turkey breast and lasagna among other items in violation of laws. In addition, all liquor and wine and all items in the refrigerator had to be thrown out. Other food items that had to be "double bagged" were thrown out because our caregiver did not understand what the term meant. I was not told Petri would not provide the service. Rather, they contracted the service out. Irrigation pipes were broken, plants destroyed on the outside and shrubs were severely damaged. I was not aware who the contractor was until I saw a notice on my door. Petri would not provide compensation for damages and when I threatened to contact social media the company representative (owner?) stated I was trying to "blackmail him and shake him down." He yelled at the phone and was very unprofessional. I filed a complaint with the State of Florida, an inspector came out and took a report. He informed me that he felt there were several violations. "Unfortunately, this information is not correct. The customer was informed in person and also did in fact sign documentation that expressly explained the procedures for bagging foods and medicines prior to the fumigation. The procedure was NOT followed by the customer so food that was not properly bagged had to be discarded (not thrown on the front lawn) or the fumigation would not be able to take place. In the spirit of trying to please the customer Petri offered a credit for the value of the food and liquor that was discarded (even though the improper bagging of food was not our fault) but this offer was rejected by the customer. It was also disclosed to the customer, both verbally and most importantly on the agreement he signed, that fumigation work is often subcontracted as this is work requiring expertise and skilled labor and companies that specialize in fumigation are best suited to perform this work. Petri's quality reputation of serving South Florida since 1956 demonstrates our good standing in the community as a reliable, honest, and professional company."

Petri Pest Control is an amazing company. I have used this company for over 10 years and every time I needed them for a pest control service, I was 100% satisfied. My most recent pest control treatment was completed by Kevin and Gabe. And I must say, these two gentlemen went above and beyond all my expectations. They took the time to listen to my concerns and educated me on the entire process. They demonstrated the utmost professionalism as well as kindness. It was evident that they really cared about resolving my pest problem. In my opinion, there is no better pest control company.

Changed to Petri from another well-known company that we were not happy with, and Petri was highly recommended by a friend. We have been extremely happy with their service since day one and will stay with this company for life. We have an every-other-month service plan and have had ZERO bug issues since we started with Petri. The first thing the tech does upon arrival is go around the entire house with a broom, brushing away everything under the eaves and around every window. Then he sprays around the whole house, including the shrubbery. Everything is pet safe and can be walked on as soon as the grass dries. I cannot recommend this company highly enough!
